An amazing experience! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and, above all, the beachfront location is spectacular. Being able to enjoy the sea practically from the doorstep made our stay even more special. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying time with family or friends. We would definitely come back. A place that is highly recommended for those looking to relax by the sea and enjoy an unforgettable stay! 🌊☀️🏡

A very nice and quiet place. The house was clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, in front of Panga Drops Point for those who like to surf. We would come back another time.

Location is fabulous - especially if you like to surf. Everything is contained if you want the ease of a golf cart or moped/scooter. Clean and safe, very pretty grounds and beaches.

The view at Casa Carolina is unbeatable! Amazing sunsets, huge deck, great views from inside the house too. Easy walk or drive to Playa Santana (~5 min walk down the hill, maybe 10 min up). AC units were really efficient. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The noise from the nearby construction was minimal and not an issue for us at all. We loved this house!

Comfortable and great location. We have stayed in several apartments managed by NSR. They are the best.

Beachfront house with ocean view. We spent our vacation in a wonderful place. The house is 5 minutes from the surfing spot, Panga Drops, and 30 minutes from Pico Colorado. You can do it by walking along the beach. We want to go back. Nsr gives its full support. Whenever I call them, they promptly respond. Super indico!!

We had a spectacular time. We love Iguana. The Twon Houses are super comfortable, beautiful and spacious. The NRS guy took care of us like no one else… the best!!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say that this airbnb exceeded my expectations. The views from the balcony are breathtaking all around we got to see monkeys got a gorgeous breeze, and we were able to quickly walk to the beach or the beach club restaurant. I strongly recommend renting a golf cart, especially if you have young kids so that you can reach the other restaurants, the market or any other amenities, it may be walkable, but it’s pretty far to get around if you have young kids, I would reserve the golf cart in advance and have it set for the entire vacation. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! I also recommend getting groceries before you reach Iguana due to the prices, but they do have a lot of variety there. The concierge Jose was incredibly responsive, great support there.

Amazing villa A-13. We have travelled all over the world and this is one of our top 3 stays. Gorgeous ocean view, beautiful pool, beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. NSR was responsive and helpful and we had a great comfortable stay for 7 days. The surf was epic and it was a 1 min walk from our place. Pilis kitchen inside the resort was hands down some of the best food we have ever had. We ate there 4x. The little market was great for eggs,coffee,yogurt and ice cream. Maria’s store was great for souvenirs and handmade bags that I bought. Overall just a relaxing wonderful place!! Thank you!

Casa Soñada is true to it’s name ( Dream House) Location and surroundings are breathtaking. We had a very hard time leaving and can’t wait to go back. Thank you Jose for accommodating our request and helping us elevate our experience with massages and horse back riding adventure.

We had a peaceful time at the condo. The staff was friendly. The beach location was excellent. We felt safe. Several restaurants on the property. A bit far from the grocery store; you have to think about it and get supplies in advance. All in all, it was great!

We had a fabulous time in Nicaragua. The NSR team was attentive, gracious, and effective....but never smothering. Our NSR concierge was fantastic. The Fort Walker property is fabulous and the house staff is outstanding. The house manager was always there to help us and jumped at every opportunity to do so. But again, we never felt intruded upon. And what a view....the property has the perfect view on some of the best surf in the western hemisphere. The 9 hole golf course is great. The town has some great spots to eat. Horseback riding, massages, great tours, learning how to surf, bumming around on your personal golf carts, soaking up the sun....tons of fun. And the people were very friendly and helpful, both on-property and off. Pretty dang good!

this place is amazing. beyond amazing, peaceful, spacious, luxury, with a view that's unbeatable. super comfy beds, strong fans and AC, fantastic water pressure, shower outside for after those sandy surf sessions, couldn't ask for more.. this is THE spot at Colorados

Wow, wow wow love this place! I loved how responsive and helpful the host was during my stay. They went over and beyond helping me with transportation from the airport last minute. Highly recommend staying here very clean, clutter free and beautiful.

Our stay here was great! The condo is right on the beach, great location & beautiful view. We rented bikes to get around, which was great as the place was about 10 mins away from the few shops & restaurants. Hosts were super resposive and attentive. Will be back!

Wow!!! What a place. 3 of us went on a surf trip. It overlooks Santa (one of my favorite breaks in the world) You can time the crowd. The sunsets were all time. Beautiful place to stay. The house was great. It was everything we needed. We never used the TV or anything and ate out most the time. We used it to pretty much crash every night but it was super relaxing. The host were awesome. They let us know know when there was going to be a power outage for the couple days we were there. They had the fans on back up power as well as the lights. It was a great trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Surfers paradise, right next to two different perfect spots, Hacienda iguana also offers surf shops restaurants and supermarket The house it self is very well equiped and the beach is just stunning Its more spatious than the pictures!

It's newly renovated, and the air conditioning is excellent throughout the house. You can see that the entire building is well maintained

Casa Flying Pigs: House is great - solid construction which helped keep it cool feeling (Nicaragua is hot) and I liked the layout with the very private master bedroom on the 2nd level. They were great at organizing things like restaurant reservations, rental car dropoff/pickup, transport to and from Managua, surf lessons. Very walkable to the main building and pools at Rancho Rancho: Gorgeous. Staff is fantastic. We loved Taqueria for lunch and then alternated between Finca and Boquita for dinner. I recommend getting a AWD rental car with decent engine so you can get around Rancho - it takes 15 minutes on steep dirt roads to get from one end to the other. Horse riding was fun, surf lesson was fun, and we enjoyed playing in the surf. A very active place - not a place to lay on lounge chair on beach and float in calm waters... 1) there are no beach loungers 2) surf is big Nicaragua: Gorgeous. Airport was easy and fast. Drive is on decent roads almost the whole way. Never felt unsafe.

We had a fantastic stay at Hacienda la Iguana with my family. The place is just as described and shown in the pictures. The best part is feeling the sea from the bedroom and seeing it while you have breakfast. It's truly a spectacle to be right on the beachfront. We got a lot of rest and enjoyed the golf, the ocean, the restaurants, and the bars. Definitely a great choice in Nicaragua!

Place was as described. Great location all around. Town was easy to navigate. Staff was very attentive to yard and helped with cleaning and laundry. NSR was very responsive.

The condo was very clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but it was adequate. We liked that the unit was an end unit because it gave us some privacy. It was nice to sit in the patio or living room and look out to the ocean. NSR was very responsive. As a side note, if you are driving from Managua or Grenada be sure to get gas in Rivas as that will be your nearest gas station when you arrive. Rivas is about an hour away.

The house was cute. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook. The staff was amazing. Jose was always quick to respond (even at night when we ran into a problem). The only think I would do differently is rent a golf cart. It's a bit far of a walk to get to the beach and clubhouse. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very functional, clean, and tidy, but the most spectacular thing is the view—you have the sea right in front of your terrace! The rooms are very comfortable. The staff at NSR were always attentive and very kind, especially Su Yong and Don Jose. I would definitely come back today! Thank you for everything.

Staying with NSR was a great pleasure, the facilities were impeccable, José was very friendly and timely with suggestions and assistance throughout our stay, I definitely recommend staying with NSR.

This is our second time staying in Casa Cantamar and we had another lovely stay! The location is PERFECT. Completely beach front - no packing a cooler and all your things for a day at the beach needed - just walk right out the back door. Sitting on the portico is like living in a Corona commercial. Just stunning and quiet. We had an issue with one of the A/C’s but someone was there within minutes of us letting them know. The whole staff goes above and beyond - Jose is a true concierge and the meals made by Alejandra were so fresh and delicious and very clearly made with love. The house needs a few updates but we appreciate the charm and simplicity of this perfectly located home.

From the moment I booked this house NSR had great communication. They took care of everything I could have needed - transport or car rental, meals or groceries, surfboard - everything! They made it effortless and the stay was amazing!! A beautiful spot!!

Staying with NSR in Hacienda Iguana was such a great choice. It was so nice to have a shuttle from the airport, surfboard and golf cart, and any other needs bundled into the reservation. It made things so smooth and easy for us. The casita was adorable and the booking and rental staff were super helpful and communicative. Overall I totally recommend and would stay there again!

Super nice accommodation a short walk to the beach and pool. Impeccable housekeeping service. NSR responded very quickly to our questions and requests. The only negative point is that the accommodation is 45 minutes from a regular grocery store and gas station. The small markets nearby can help out.

Highly recommend! The place was very clean, right on the beautiful beach and NSR was very helpful and responsive to any questions or inquiries we had. We rented a gold cart to get around, which we found extremely helpful. The golf course was fun and challenging, and we loved playing in the waves and walking the beach. The pool was always sparkling clean and a great temperature to enjoy as well. Everyone was very friendly, and we are already looking forward to returning to Hacienda Iguana.

Great location, great place for families. Would def stay here again. Only issues was, seems previous guests smoked and left a lot of cigarette butts on gras area with patio which was an issue when traveling with two babies. Apart from that everything was great. The ok you to all the staff

The home was beautiful and the location excellent. More importantly I am extremely grateful for the staff at NSR. We had a family emergency and the NSR staff was unbelievably helpful. Jose accompanied us multiple trips to Tola to take care of paperwork and help with translation. They truly went above and beyond. You can’t go wrong with their properties but more importantly the staff is available and they go the extra mile.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! You get the best of both worlds! Close enough to enjoy the coffee and restaurants, pool, at the hotel but get to chill at your own house when you want to! The house is incredible! On a hill for Oceanside views and has its own pool! Everything needed was there. You can even get delivery from the hotel restaurant if needed. 5 stars! I do recommend renting a 4x4 truck though as the hills of Rancho Santana are very steep.
