Townhouse #6 is a cozy two-story home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Situated between two neighborhoods within the Hacienda Iguana beach and golf course community, this townhouse offers a scenic walk to the beach, making it an excellent vacation spot.

The townhouse includes:

• An outdoor shower accessible through iron gates
• Open-concept first floor with a fully equipped kitchen flowing into the living and dining areas
• Golf course views from the living room
• A convenient half bathroom on the ground floor
• Smart TV and wireless internet in the living room
• Two en-suite bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed
• Air conditioning units in both bedrooms and downstairs

This property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Please note that laundry services are handled exclusively by housekeeping, who have access to the washer and dryer. This service is included with your stay.

Guests can also enjoy the shared pool located just steps from the townhouse.

Location and Activities

The townhouse is part of the Hacienda Iguana development, renowned for its world-class surf breaks. Within walking distance, you will find four surf spots:

• Playa Amarillo (accessible on foot at low tide, south of Playa Colorado)

The community also features a beautifully maintained and affordable 9-hole golf course.

Food Supplies and Dining

For groceries, the best option is La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the turnoff for Tola on the west side of the street. It is advisable to refuel in Rivas as well, since it has the closest gas stations.

We recommend stocking up on groceries for your entire stay. Alternatively, you can inquire about our meal plan, a full-service catering option that handles planning, shopping, and meal preparation.

Dining options within Hacienda Iguana include:

• Pili's Kitchen at the Beach Club, offering fresh foods, juices, smoothies, and a full bar, located beachfront by the Colorado Break
• The Salty Koala in La Joya, next to the Eco Casitas, serving Asian cuisine and craft cocktails
• Casa Ananas above our office, known for authentic Italian dishes, pizza, and international specials
• Downtown Iguana next to our office and surf shop, featuring seafood and traditional Nicaraguan fare at reasonable prices

Getting Around

Townhouse #6 is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major car rental agencies operate at Managua airport; advance reservations are recommended. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is only necessary if you plan to visit beaches further south in the San Juan del Sur area.

If you prefer not to rent a vehicle, we can arrange airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are also available, along with vehicle and boat transportation to other local surf breaks.

Additionally, Alamo and National have rental offices near Hacienda Iguana for convenient vehicle pickup.
