Situated on a hillside within Rancho Santana, Casa Alegre is a uniquely positioned villa for a family vacation in Nicaragua. The Space

Casa Alegre features a private swimming pool, air conditioning throughout, two terraces with scenic ocean and garden views, a barbecue, satellite television, catering options, and access to Rancho Santana’s exclusive facilities.

The villa’s distinctive design places the bedrooms on the lower level, where they open onto the patio and pool area. The living spaces are located on the second floor to maximize the views of Rancho Santana and the ocean beyond. They are accessed via a covered exterior staircase.

The villa comfortably accommodates six guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom opens toward the lush exterior, while the second-floor living areas provide expansive ocean views.

The second-floor terrace is accessible through patio doors from both the living room and dining room. Enjoy an al fresco meal or a morning coffee while taking in the extraordinary views.

Living Area and Kitchen

Located on the second floor beneath high ceilings, the open-concept living area includes two patio exits leading to the terrace. The space is designed for relaxing while enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.

The air-conditioned living room includes two comfortable sofas and satellite television. The adjoining kitchen features ample granite counter space and is fully equipped with:

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All bathrooms include towels and standard essentials, including shampoo and soap in the full bathrooms.

Master Suite — King Bed

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and blackout shades for a comfortable, uninterrupted night’s sleep.

The distinctive en suite bathroom includes:

• Open-air shower with a waterfall showerhead

Queen Suite — Queen Bed

Located just steps from the pool area, the first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, and views of the gardens and Playa Santana.

King/Twin Suite — Two Twin Beds

The third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. The room overlooks the pool area.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor and open onto the patio, providing easy access to the pool and garden. Each room includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The professionally managed villa is thoroughly cleaned before every stay and includes:

The housekeeping staff handles all laundry because they are the only people with access to the home’s washer and dryer. One complimentary laundry service is included for stays of three to seven nights. Additional laundry requests cost $10 per load.

Occasional power outages are common in the area. Casa Alegre has a battery backup system that powers most outlets, including the refrigerator and internet, as well as ceiling fans and lights during an outage. The backup system does not power air conditioning units, the microwave, water heaters, or laundry machines.

Please limit the use of electrical items during a power outage to conserve battery life. The system typically lasts approximately four to six hours, depending on usage.

Guest Access
