Overview

Renovated throughout with no expense spared, Casa Carolina is a bungalow villa designed for a memorable vacation. Located three minutes from the Rancho Santana Clubhouse and an additional minute from Playa Santana, the property features expansive outdoor areas, air conditioning throughout, a private pool, and unobstructed views of the sparkling ocean.

A mandatory Rancho Santana Resort Fee of $17.25 per guest per night will be charged after booking and paid directly to Rancho Santana.

The Space

With its convenient location near the Rancho Santana Clubhouse and sweeping ocean views, Casa Carolina offers both easy access and a peaceful setting. The villa has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Two homes are currently under construction near Casa Carolina: one on the lot below and another on the adjacent lot. Construction is advanced, and noise is not expected to be a significant factor. A 20% discount has been applied to the listed pricing for the duration of the construction.

Living Area and Kitchen

The fully renovated interior features an open-concept layout and provides a comfortable retreat from the sun. Large patio doors and windows allow the ocean breeze to flow through while guests relax, watch television, or prepare meals.

The interior includes:

• Family area with a comfortable sofa and LCD television
• Satellite television
• Six-person dining table
• Kitchen with granite island, large sink, ice-dispensing refrigerator, microwave, and oven

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are equipped with towels and standard essentials, including shampoo and soap.

Master Suite and En Suite Bathroom

The master suite has direct access to the second-floor patio through large sliding doors and includes:

• Comfortable queen-size bed
• Small seating area
• En suite bathroom with a large open shower

Full Suite

The second bedroom features a large wardrobe suitable for extended stays and includes:

• Full-size bed
• Desk area
• Shared second bathroom with a large vanity mirror and tub-and-shower combination

Twin Suite

The third bedroom includes:

• Two twin beds
• Nightstand
• Desk area
• Wardrobe
• Shared second bathroom with a large vanity mirror and tub-and-shower combination

All bedrooms have air-conditioning units and ceiling fans.

Amenities and Services

The professionally managed villa is thoroughly cleaned before every stay and includes:

• Air conditioning throughout the villa
• Wireless internet
• Fully stocked amenities
• Housekeeping staff
• Gardening staff

The housekeeping staff handles all laundry because they are the only people with access to the washer and dryer. One complimentary laundry service is included for stays of three to seven nights. Additional laundry requests cost $10 per load.

Power Outages

Occasional power outages are common in the area. Casa Carolina has a battery backup system that powers most outlets, including the refrigerator and internet, as well as ceiling fans and lights during an outage.

The backup system does not power:

• Air-conditioning units
• Microwave
• Water heaters
• Laundry machines

Please limit the use of electrical items during an outage to conserve battery life. The system typically lasts approximately four to six hours, depending on usage.
