Mi Casa Soñada is a tranquil, comfortable beachfront home located directly in front of the Panga Drops surf break. Playa Colorado and Los Perros are also within walking distance.

The property includes a private beachfront swimming pool and the comforts of home, including air conditioning in the bedrooms and game room, Wi-Fi, hammocks, a barbecue grill, and more.

The first floor features a spacious living room and kitchen with breathtaking ocean and surf views. Both areas open onto a large patio with:

Bedrooms

The first floor includes two guest bedrooms:

• One bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors opening onto the beachfront patio.
• The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a shared bathroom.

The second floor includes:

• Primary bedroom with a king bed and a twin bed
• Guest bedroom with two twin beds, which can be joined to form a king bed upon request
• En-suite bathroom in the second-floor guest bedroom
• Shared balcony with expansive ocean and surf views

Studio Casita

A separate studio casita provides additional flexibility and privacy. It includes:

Power Outages

Occasional power outages are common in the area. The property has a backup generator that powers everything in the house except hot water and air conditioning. During an outage, please turn off anything that is not in use.

Food Supplies

The best place to purchase groceries is La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the turnoff for Tola on the right, or west, side of the road.

While in Rivas, it is also recommended that you refuel, as the gas stations there are the closest to the property.

Guests are encouraged to purchase as many groceries as possible for their stay. Alternatively, ask about the meal plan and full-service catering option to avoid planning, shopping, and preparing meals.

• Pili's Kitchen: The most visited and only beachfront dining option, located at the Beach Club in front of the Colorado Break. It serves fresh food, juices, smoothies, and a full bar.

• Casa Ananas: Located above the office in the commercial zone, serving authentic Italian cuisine, pizza, and nightly international specials.
• Downtown Iguana: Located next to the office and surf shop, offering seafood and authentic Nicaraguan cuisine at reasonable prices.
• Scoops and Spokes: Located across the street, serving homemade ice cream, coffee, baked goods, paninis, and fresh juices.

Getting Around

The property is approximately a 2–2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major vehicle rental agencies operate at Managua Airport, and advance reservations are recommended.

A four-wheel-drive vehicle is generally only necessary for guests planning to visit beaches farther south, around the San Juan del Sur area. Guests who prefer not to rent a vehicle can arrange airport transportation, daily sightseeing trips, and guided surf excursions.

Motorcycle and scooter rentals are available, and vehicle and boat transportation to other surf breaks in the area can also be arranged. Alamo and National have an office next to Hacienda Iguana and offer vehicle rentals.
