Had a great stay!

The house is very nice. We really liked it a lot. It is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum. It is quiet and there is also a lot of security. There were some issues in the house, but their response was prompt and friendly. We really feel very grateful and happy that we chose them. We would definitely come back.

We loved the place. We arrived early because they moved us up, and they let us in because the Villa was ready. Very comfortable, with amenities such as water, shampoo, toilet paper, seasonings, etc. The beds are very comfortable, and the grill is gas fired, so you don't need charcoal. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

The place is very good. We celebrated my husband's birthday there and we were super comfortable. It was very accessible for the event. We had no complaints about the noise. The place is very spacious. I highly recommend it for large groups and it's excellent for holding an event on the premises. The only restriction was that after 10 pm, noise had to be inside the house, and we did that and everything was excellent.

There were 8 of us, and the layout of the house was totally comfortable. It has all the amenities, and the host's service is more than helpful. He is always attentive.

The place is amazing. The only thing is that we forgot to ask about the pool heating. We didn't know where to turn it off, but the place is amazing! Don't hesitate to book with them. They are super helpful and hospitable.

We chose this beautiful villa just to spend the night on our return from Bacalar before going to Xel-Há, and the result was truly exceptional. We needed more days, so we want to come back very soon! We 100% agree with the best reviews of this place. Villa Alina is beautiful, with an incredible design and spectacular ocean views. The open concept is ideal for families. We really enjoyed the pool, especially our children. The bedrooms are very spacious and each has a private bathroom. The highlight was the care, kindness and hospitality of Willy and María; they made us feel right at home. Everything was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful first-line house on the Caribbean Sea! Excellent comfort!! You can swim directly from the house, but there is no beach as such: lots of rocks, so bring suitable footwear. Lovely hosts (Willy and his wife)

We had an excellent experience here! Loved that there was a gate connecting the backyards of the villas so we felt like our two groups were still together and the pools were beautiful! Super helpful in setting up private chef, massages, and transportation and really took a key part in making our entire trip so great!

My stay was incredible. Arriving was very easy, and they were always available for any request. The house is very nice and had everything needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely return.

The houses were great for our large group celebrating a birthday. Some wear is starting to show, and a few things weren't functioning quite right (like the pool jets), but overall, it was a really lovely, clean space. The concierge was SO helpful and really took care of our every need. When we lost hot water in one room, they replaced the whole water heater to make sure we were taken care of. Also, don't skip on hiring the chef! The meals we had were truly outstanding, and the chef and team took care of all the prep and cleanup. The concierge was also able to arrange transportation each day, and all our drivers were so kind. They even brought us a suitcase we mistakenly left behind at the airport. I highly recommend the spa services offered - best massage ever! All in all, we had a wonderful, safe, and easy trip!

This is a lovely place with 6 bedrooms and a pool. It is very close to many really good restaurants and a number of markets, so you can go out or stay in with little effort. It is a short taxi ride to the beach, Cenotes and ruins. It was perfect for my extended family with 11 people.

Everything is really, really great. The accommodation is highly recommended. We loved it.

This house completely exceeded our expectations!! The house is very nice and super spacious. There were 10 of us, and we had plenty of space! The pool was very nice, surrounded by plants, and there was also a very hot Jacuzzi, ideal for people who get cold easily like me. The main rooms overlook the jungle. It looks completely green from the balcony. Spectacular! The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is also quite large, and there are two living rooms with TVs. It is located in a private residential development, which feels very quiet and safe. It's very close to the beach area, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets two minutes away by car. Too bad we only stayed one night. We would have loved to stay longer! We hope to return soon so we can enjoy the house for more days

The houses are amazing. The people who help with cleaning and Mr. Willy are excellent people, very friendly and very attentive. The group in charge was also quick to resolve any issue requested. I highly recommend it.

The house was very spacious and since we were traveling as a family, everyone had their own furnished room. In addition, the pool and jacuzzi were lovely, very nice and comfortable. The hosts were always helpful at all times.

From the beginning, communication via chat was great and easy. ARANTXA is a spectacular concierge. She was friendly and efficient, and she made sure my stay was the best it could be. She was flexible with the schedules and recommended additional services in case we needed them. They made my family and I have an unforgettable stay. We would come back a thousand and one more times.

The villa was beautiful. I hosted a birthday party for my best friend with 10-13 women. We utilized both houses and they were beautiful. We enjoyed the concierge and how helpful they were throughout the entire process. They were informative in local events and places! This was a beautiful location and we very very very safe on the premises. There may be some MINOR things such as heavy patio doors , receiving towels more often throughout the week, pool cleaner not showing and or the leaking AC. But all those items were minuscule compared to the luxury feel of the villa & service. Thank you guys for all you do! Can’t wait to come back next year to your location . The hosting was exception & the recommended Chef Danny was DELICIOUS EVERY DAY!

Beautiful stay in my favorite neighborhood aldea Zama. The house was spacious and beautiful. My family of 11 loved the house very much! I would definitely stay again! The host was very helpful and kind. I recommend staying here! It’s also close to this matcha place I love called Matcha mama. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood as well tacos 86 and Rosina cafe!

The host was super kind, the houses are beautiful and they have everything for a comfortable stay. We used both houses to sleep but we stayed together during the day in only one pool but it’s big enough! Plenty recommended

Loved this place. Home is as beautiful as described and depicted in pics. Communication with host was timely and effective. We booked last minute (day of) after realizing our initial booked place Was drowning in sargassum. This place is on a rocky outcropping which does not collect much sargassum, and has a few tide pools to explore. Some of us even snorkeled off the rocks and saw lots of sea life including a large lobster. Everything about the house was modern and top of the line. There is no sandy beach if that is what you are looking for. There is however, a beautiful cenote in walking distance from the house to explore. I would 100% stay here again.

We had an absolutely beautiful experience hosting our “Rise with Radiance” retreat here in Tulum. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, spacious, and created the perfect environment for connection, healing, and rest. The concierge team was exceptional from beginning to end — incredibly responsive, kind, organized, and supportive with transportation, excursions, reservations, and every detail throughout the week. Their care allowed me to stay fully present with my retreat guests. Willy and Maria the house keeper was always helpful. We paid for chef by the day service and it was well worth it. We rented a suburban and it was put to good use considering the 2 km rough unpaved road to the house. Location is 30 mins to a hour away from all the action. We were pleased with this villa.

The villa was absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible view worthy of a postcard. Both the host and the concierge were always super quick and efficient in their responses. We also chose the chef’s service, and honestly, it’s a must—the food was excellent and the service impeccable. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, either about the host or about the villa. Everything was very good, very comfortable, and in a good area. The place is spacious and well laid out. The staff who serve you are very friendly.

The place is beautiful; the only thing is that it's 2 separate houses that are connected but not actually connected to each other. It would have been better if it had been easier to communicate. The rooms are a good size and have all the essentials. We had a few issues during our stay, but they were always resolved as quickly as possible. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but the hosts were responsive and always super helpful! The concierge service helped us set up activities that we thoroughly enjoyed and helped us with transportation. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I am back in Tulum!

Beautiful house in a great location! Had such a great stay, it was located in a nice area close to the hotel zone of tulum and some great restaurants. Hosts are quick to respond and very helpful! One thing that is important to bigger groups is two bedrooms have a separate entrance in the back, wasn’t too much of an issue for me but good to keep that in mind when booking! Pool is amazing, about 5.5ft deep! Overall, lovely house + stay.

A magical property perfect for a group trip since each room has space and its own bathroom attached. Note the upstairs rooms are not within the central house and you have to go outdoors to go into them. Super cool house/layout and their connections to activities and concierge services are incredibly helpful. Walking distance to a few cute restaurants and shops but to go downtown or to the beach it takes ~20 minutes and cost $150-$200 USD to drive a group of 10 of us - just something to keep in mind since it’s a little off the beaten path. Overall a beautiful place!

I can’t say enough good things about Vila Alina, the Vacaanda Group and especially Willy and Maria. The Villa itself was perfect. Tons of space for everyone to have their own time, great family space in the kitchen dinning room and living room which are open concept and spacious bedrooms with en suites in each. The Villa is also beautifully designed. The location was incredible - very private but close enough to town and restaurants - also great restaurants just down the road. The services were EXCEPTIONAL. The concierge was so proactive and I can’t say enough good things about Willy and Maria. They made our stay so comfortable and it just really felt like home. They were always there to help, the vila was always spotless and they are just two of the kindest people. I really can’t recommend Vila Alina enough.

I had a great stay here in Tulum. The home is extremely secure and I mean that in the best way possible. It gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout my stay. It’s located in a really beautiful neighborhood and is conveniently about a 10-15 minute drive from just about everything, which made getting around very easy. One thing that really stood out was the daily cleaning service. The crew comes every day and keeps the place in great condition, which made the experience feel even more comfortable and elevated. The host was also very responsive and consistently checked in to make sure everything was good. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and have no negative comments. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum.

Host was quick to respond at any time of day and found us a great Mariachi band my family really enjoyed. Grass area with pool is an amazing feature if you’re traveling with kids. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
