• Notify us if you see an animal so we can safely return it to its natural environment.

• We cannot control the persistent search for food by local animals.

Humid Climate

Tulum has a highly humid climate, particularly during the wet season. Guests should be prepared for muggy conditions and natural changes in construction materials, such as Chuukum stucco, which adapts to the humid environment.

Parties in Tulum

Tulum attracts many types of visitors, including families, groups of friends, business travelers, and guests seeking nightlife. Parties are common, especially during holiday periods.

Although parties are prohibited at the villa, we cannot control external events. If loud music from outside parties disturbs your sleep, we will do everything possible to assist. However, external noise is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for it.
