Vacaanda Group

The house is very nice. We really liked it a lot. It is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum. It is quiet and there is also a lot of security. There were some issues in the house, but their response was prompt and friendly. We really feel very grateful and happy that we chose them. We would definitely come back.

The concierge was top. Very communicative and helpful. The Villa was amazing but needed some extra love and care. The dishwasher didn’t work, the treadmill was out of order… but anyway great location, very spacious house… will come back! Very grateful. D
