My friends and I had an amazing stay at Villa Vrayu! The house is great, and the views are amazing! Chef Aron was great too!

It's a beautiful, spacious, and safe house with everything you need to have a really nice time! The view is spectacular. Driving a car is highly recommended (any car can go up). The pool is clean and the infinity effect looks beautiful for photos in the morning with the sun 😎. Super well-equipped kitchen, and I even found a lot of little things that I don't have at home 🤭. In addition, the hosts are very helpful, polite, and friendly. It's definitely on my list of favorites ❤️💯

We had such an amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and honestly looked even better in person than in the photos. The views were spectacular and made the entire stay feel extra special. The hosts were wonderful—extremely responsive, attentive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in was very flexible and easy, and anytime we had a question, they were quick to help. The location was also perfect. We were close to Playa Hermosa, Playas del Coco, and so many other places, while still having a quiet and relaxing place to come back to. We genuinely loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful property, incredible views, great location, and fantastic hosts. We would happily stay here again! ❤️

Beautiful house and beautiful location, everything was great

Casa Ventanas is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views. The pool and outdoor BBQ were great for the evening relaxation. The very steep driveway was challenging but OK to handle with a 4WD. Overall, wonderful place to stay in Costa Rica.

We stayed here 4 nights, it was my wife and I and our 6 year old. The view is amazing, and even better in person than the images show. We had a very nice and relaxing stay here, and we felt the area was very secure with a security guard and a gate on the property. The beds are very comfortable as well! There were folding chairs for the beach and some sand toys. The wifi didn't reach the pool area, and the download speeds were about 10MB to 20MB down, but it worked well enough for streaming etc.. If we ever came back to this area, we would 100% stay at this place again, it was amazing!

The house is STUNNING! The pictures don't do it justice. Those views are just as amazing! Everything you can think of needing is provided at this house. It truly is a hosting home. Not once could we(party of 11) think of something that was missing. We LOVED every second of our stay and were truly sad to leave. We had a few questions to our host that were responded in a very timely manner. We are already looking forward to booking our next stay here. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was well equipped, very well maintained, and had an AMAZING view that made the stay especially memorable. The pool was also a real highlight and a great place to relax as a group. The listing description was very accurate, especially regarding the driveway, which is worth paying attention to when planning your stay. With a group of 9 people, transportation was a bit of a challenge at times, so it’s something future guests may want to keep in mind. Overall, it was a lovely property and we really enjoyed our time there.

We just finished a great stay in Costa Rica. The place was perfect for our two families with plenty of room, breathtaking views and a private pool. We also took advantage of community amenities. It was a great central location for exploring and easy access to Coco Bay. We did have some unforeseen plumbing issues while there. However, the management staff was incredibly responsive and then were very quick with compensating us adequately for the inconvenience. Overall a great experience and loved the property and service.

Our stay at this AIRBNB was amazing. The service was great and they made everything so easy for us! From airport transportation to Private chefs and excursions! Big shout out to Carlos as well he is AMAZING!

The condo was spacious and very clean with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The balcony was large with a table and chairs for 4, 2 lounge rockers and grill. The beach club was great with food and drink service, towels and massages available right on the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance of several pools, gym and a grocery store Auto Mercado just beyond the security gate. The golf cart was a plus to get around downtown CoCo to several souvenir shops and beachfront restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. It was very central to day trips/ activities in the area. The home is in pristine condition.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids had an amazing stay! The property is private and secure with a gated entrance and nighttime security. Perched on the hillside, it offers stunning ocean and town views while being just a 5-minute drive to restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. We loved that all three couples had king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The pool, floaties, foosball table, giant Connect 4, and TVs kept the kids entertained. The open kitchen, dining, and living area was perfect for family meals, and the kitchen was the best-stocked Airbnb kitchen we've ever used. After a little cooking smoke triggered the alarm, the hosts checked in the next morning to make sure everything was okay. They were responsive, created a helpful text group, and shared excellent local recommendations. The included beach club access was a fantastic bonus. We highly recommend this home and Rich Coast Vacations!

If it’s available, book it! We were a group of 7, and this house was amazing. It was better than the photos showed. The pool was absolutely wonderful. One of the days we were there, four of our party just stayed in the pool the entire day. It was great for swimming at all hours of the day. The beds were pretty good. A little hard, but overall comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful as well. Every room had its own bathroom. The views were stunning! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The inside communal space was wonderful. We were a little worried when they said the AC couldn’t be put lower than 23c, but that was actually the perfect temperature. The AC worked wonderfully. The drive way was a little scary. We had 4WD and used it, but I dont know if you truly need it. It’s paved, but it is extremely steep. It took just a little bit of work getting out, but it really wasn’t that bad. Overall, I’m so glad we picked this place.

The photos don't do the place justice. It's truly spectacular, first of all because of its location in the very heart of Playas del Coco, next to a supermarket, with all the shops nearby, but also private enough to be quiet. The apartment is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I loved that it's in front of the pool. It's just a few steps away, and something they haven't mentioned is that the pool is heated, so it's a pleasure to be there swimming or relaxing. This will definitely be my place of choice every time I go to Guanacaste

Exactly what we expected and wanted! The staff were very responsive and efficient, the place felt clean and taken care of. Loved feeling secure in the neighborhood and the view was unbeatable. For the rainy season, we spent a lot of time at home and this was the perfect place for that.

We had a few hiccups prior to our trip that Rich Coast couldn’t help. Our original house flooded due to heavy rains the day before our arrival. They quickly moved us into another house of similar caliber and refunded some of our stay for the fact that we had to get a rental car as a golf cart was no longer an option. We were sad our original house was no longer accessible but this house was beautiful and we quickly forgot we even were supposed to be somewhere else. Any issues and they responded quickly and resolved everything. This house is wonderful and has plenty of room for everyone. We sooo enjoyed our Costa Rican vacation and can’t wait to return!

The house is amazing. The best feature is the view which allows for awesome views over the pacific and the bay. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The 3 levels of decks give different perspectives and make you want to be home to see them.

I can't even begin to explain what an amazing view this was! The house was very large and comfortable. The only note is that the driveway is steep to get up so make sure you pack your courage. oh, and they don't provide shampoo and conditioner so make sure you bring your own. But overall great communication easy to get into the house easy to check out. And really enjoyed Access to the beach club, which had another pool and beautiful water. Just know the beach club is expensive to buy food and drinks.

Loved it! Close to multiple beaches, gorgeous view and home, clear and helpful communication. They even had a few kids toys that my toddler loved!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The views were unreal from sunrise to sunset, and the location was perfect for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and private. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Waking up to those views every morning was honestly the highlight of the trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. We came with 9 people total for my 50th birthday. Everything was exactly as described. Extremely clean, well stocked and the best views ever! I would stay at this property or any Rich Coast properties. They were extremely responsive and helped us set up a rental car, tours and private chef for my birthday. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Dulce Vida, hosted by Rich Coast Vacations. The house was very clean and in excellent condition throughout our entire trip. It was thoughtfully and appropriately furnished, with plenty of cooking accessories in the kitchen that made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The pool area was also well-equipped with a good selection of pool toys, which kept everyone entertained. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host responded quickly and resolved them promptly, which made a big difference and ensured we could fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend Casa Dulce Vida and Rich Coast Vacations for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home away from home in Costa Rica. We would definitely stay here again!

Booked for a bachelorette weekend, host was amazing at providing recommendations and activities in the area for a large group of 12. Host added us to a group chat to get quick answers and have direct communication, when we arrived the dishwasher wasn’t turning on and they fixed it right away with no further issues. Overall amazing stay, amazing property and jaw dropping views. 5/5 stars

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and felt super safe. Property management was very responsive, helped with great recommendations and assisted us in coordinating airport transportation. We will be sure to rebook in the future, it was over all a wonderful experience.

Loved our stay! The location was perfect: we could walk to the sea, the pool, the grocery store, and restaurants. Every day, we had dinner on the terrace, with the sunset and a spectacular view 🌅 We were well equipped to cook at home or on the BBQ, and we loved it so much that we've already rebooked for a month next year! It's pura vida… it feels like home 💛

The condos are showing their age but are still pretty nice for the price.

Great place for a vacation with extended family. A four-wheel drive vehicle is a necessity and getting in/out the first time feels a bit sketchy if you aren't used to the very steep grade to the house. Just a 5 minute drive to Playa Hermosa, and 15 minutes from Playa Coco. Luperon grocery store is a 2 minute drive and has most of what you'll need to buy. The pool was great and had shade in the morning, but got full sun by the middle of the day. the house was great, but could use some newer cooking pans. plenty of towels and linens. we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa!!! There was a group of 11 of us, and all of us had an amazing time. From booking to check out, the hosts were responsive and made communication seamless. The villa looked just like the photos. It was clean, spacious and luxurious. We all felt right at home. The house manager was always available, responsive and extremely friendly. And, the chefs were amazing! They cooked all of our meals, except one. They were always on time, and all of our meals were delicious. 10/10 We’d stay there again. If you have a chance to book this villa, take advantage of it. You won’t be disappointed!! 😊

Our stay was wonderful! The view is spectacular and so lovely to wake up to each morning. The deck was also perfect. Always had some shade to escape the hot sun and the pool was ideal for all ages. The place was clean, well equipped and cool. The location was also ideal as it is 10 mins to coco and 5 mins to playa Hermosa. Would highly recommend!

The most amazing view, easy check in, felt cozy inside. The patio is the best hangout spot with amazing views and bbq so we could grill and enjoy sunsets.

We had a great time at this home. We had 8 of us staying here and it was extremely beautiful and the outdoor spaces were better than we expected. The home is large and each room is well designed. The pictures posted do not do this place justice. The Airbnb itself is stunning, the second you arrive at the property you feel right at home. The pool space was an amazing spot to unwind, relax and take in the beautiful weather. We also met some people who live in the condo and they were so polite and provided additional recommendations that were helpful. The views speak for themselves, and each night were just as beautiful as the night before. The walk to the beach was indeed 5 minutes, and although was tiring in the sun, was very enjoyable. The place is quite high so I would suggest a car or golf cart to get back up, (we utilized uber a couple times). The host and the team were extremely responsive and helpful, and worked together seamlessly to ensure an easy check-in and check-out. The place was in prestige condition, I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Rich Coast Vacations was extremely helpful and responsive. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook meals. The pool was great for cooling off. We rented a golf cart and it was a quick 5 minute drive to grocery store, beach and restaurants! We had shuttles to airport and excursions arranged through Rich Coast vacations. We had such a good time we booked it again for next year!

House was wonderful! Clean, easy to find, and good location. If you stay here I recommend renting a vehicle as nothing was walkable. But you were a close drive to everything.

Amazing view complemented by a wonderful pool…we actually preferred staying in vs going to the beach!

What an amazing stay. I had my family of 6 stay for a few days in February after my daughter's wedding. This house was absolutely fantastic. We felt like movie stars there. The communication was wonderful. Very responsive and super helpful. I wish we could have spent 2 weeks there. The Rich Coast team did a terrific job of helping me with all of my questions along the way. I can't say how happy I am that I booked through Rich Coast. I will be on the look out for future trips that Rich Coast is associated with. They went above and beyond my expectations. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is our second time visiting this beautiful house and it once again didn’t fail to amaze us. Our host helped book jetskis, airport pickup/drop off, car rental, private chef to cook at the house and much more. The view is amazing and the communication from our host is also. We can’t wait to come back!

The Rich Coast vacation group was fantastic! They made it easy to communicate and took care of our every request. We made several requests, from private chef to massages for all of us. They allowed us to come early and drop off our luggage and that solved a transportation problem for us. They were super responsive and friendly and seemed happy to help. We truly appreciated their quick response and there 5 star accommodations to our requests. We have traveled all over the world and have never had service like what we got from Rich Coast. This place is awesome. House is amazing with beautiful view. Nice and close to all activities and beaches around Coco. Host was great to work out early checkin and late check out and was responsive and helpful when needed with transportation and local recommendations. All 9 people in our group loved this place and would stay again.

The condo was very comfortable and was in an excellent location in the complex near the pool, hot tub and tennis/ pickle ball courts. The entire group at Rich Coast were very attentive and responded quickly to any issue we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend it !

This was our second time staying here. We stayed last year with our three daughters and this time we returned with two other couples. This villa is so spacious with plenty of room for each couple. We enjoyed the spectacular view as we sat by the pool sipping our morning coffee. Rich Coast Vacations was flexible with our check in and check out procedures. Rich Coast was also easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our questions. I highly recommend this villa and hope to return again soon.

perfect place for a couple to relax . Beach, coffee shops and restaurant are all walkable. there are a couple flights of stairs, worth it for the veiw.

Our group of four really enjoyed our stay at Casa OM. The house has plenty of space to relax and entertain, both indoors and outdoors, with absolutely incredible views. The location is convenient, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels. The management company was friendly and responsive. The pool needed a bit of extra attention during our stay, but it did not take away from our overall experience. We would happily stay here again.

This home was absolutely beautiful, we had the most incredible stay. The pool was wonderful, it was great to have speakers that worked both inside the house and outside, we felt very safe in the community and just had the best time!

We had a fantastic time here! Group of 7 of us and we fit perfectly. Everything was clean and well stocked. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it had just about everything we needed. The pool and views are AMAZING! We spent so much time on the pool deck and really enjoyed it. The hosts were also so accommodating and gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. The guide that was given to us by the hosts was so helpful, we used many of the recommendations. Would highly recommended these restaurants (gluten free and vegan!): Father Roosters, Ginger, and Restaurant Sabor a Mexico There were a few plumbing issues that we informed the hosts about and they sent out maintenance the next day. Hopefully these will be worked out ahead of time for future guests. Overall we recommend this place, amazing views and great hosts!

My family stayed at Casa Magnificent in December '25 and it was the most amazing experience. That view is absolutely stunning. The house is clean, large and spacious and has so many different spaces that the whole family can either come together or hang out separately. The team at Rich coast know what they're doing! Their communication ahead of our stay meant that we absolutely were setup for the best experience and when we had questions at check-in and during our stay they were quick to respond with help. We had an incredible time - thank you and definitely recommend the area, this property and rich coast team!
