The open kitchen, dining area, and living room flow onto a shaded balcony with lounge seating, outdoor dining, and an electric grill overlooking Pacifico’s tropical grounds. Sleeping Arrangements

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the condo and shared access to the Pacifico grounds and amenities.

Construction Notice

The Pacifico development is expanding, and additional properties are being built in the area. Because construction may cause some daytime noise or inconvenience, standard nightly rates have been reduced by 10%.

Construction takes place only during the day. Guests visiting Costa Rica to explore its beaches, volcanoes, waterfalls, and rainforests may not notice the work. Pura Vida!

Pacifico Beach Club

The Pacifico Beach Club is exclusive to Pacifico guests and offers:

• Poolside food and beverage service
• Complimentary pool towels
• Beach chairs
• Lounge areas and umbrellas
• Shuttle service between the Pacifico development and the Beach Club

The current admission fee is ₡20,000 CRC per person, per day. Of this amount, ₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases made that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.

Payment is made directly to the Beach Club by credit card only. Foreign credit cards may be subject to exchange-rate adjustments and foreign transaction fees charged by the card issuer.

Private cabanas are available for an additional fee and are subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire at the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

Beach Club Policies

• The Pacifico Beach Club is typically closed during October for annual maintenance.
• The Beach Club may close to the public for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside the host’s control. Guests will be notified as soon as information becomes available.
• Admission fees, food and beverage credits, operating hours, and policies are established by the Pacifico Beach Club and may change without notice.

Stair Access

The second and third floors of Pacifico condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. The residential buildings do not have elevators. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.
