Casa Ventanas is designed to bring the surrounding landscape indoors. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the main living areas, filling the home with natural light and showcasing views of the Pacific, surrounding hills, and tropical forest.

The open-concept lower level features:

The second-floor twin/king bedroom can be configured to suit your group, while the third bedroom features a king bed and ocean views.

High-speed WiFi, air conditioning throughout, and a full-size washer and dryer provide comfort for both short vacations and longer stays.

Outside, the infinity-edge pool sits directly beside the main living areas, with the Pacific extending beyond the surrounding greenery. Guests have private access to the entire home, with no shared areas.

Good to Know

• The home has two levels. The primary suite and two guest bedrooms are upstairs, while one bedroom is located on the lower level.
• The infinity pool is open and unfenced. Children should be supervised at all times.
• The home is located on a hillside. A rental car is recommended for convenient access to the property and surrounding area. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended, although it is not required.
• Monte Paraiso is a gated community with controlled entry and roving security.
• Covered parking is available for two vehicles, with two additional spaces across the lane.
• Casa Ventanas is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Guests may encounter insects, birds, monkeys, and other tropical wildlife during their stay.

Transportation

Guests will be most comfortable with a rental car, which can be arranged with assistance. The driveway to the home is quite steep, so larger groups should consider smaller vehicles instead of large transfer vans.

The home is perched high in the hills of the development and is not accessible on foot or by golf cart. Uber is not available in the area, and taxis can be difficult to arrange, particularly for large groups. A rental car or private driver is strongly recommended.
