The Space

Enjoy top-floor privacy and mountain views at Pacifico L811, a three-bedroom retreat in Playas del Coco’s gated Pacifico community. Wide sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with outdoor dining, lounge chairs, and an electric barbecue. Inside, the open-plan living and dining area, full kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms provide an inviting space to settle in.

The living and dining areas connect directly to the terrace through wide sliding glass doors. The full kitchen includes generous counter space and bar seating, while the living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Outside, enjoy mountain views, a dining table, lounge chairs, and an electric barbecue for relaxed mornings and evenings outdoors.

The three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests:

• The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and direct terrace access.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed.
• The third bedroom has two twin beds.
• The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the condo. A private washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the condo and shared access to the community amenities with other travelers.

Good to Know

• The condo is on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. Pacifico residential buildings do not have elevators.
• Complimentary parking is available.
• Access to the Pacifico Beach Club is available for a separate daily fee. See the “Pacifico Beach Club” section for details.
• A rental car or golf cart can make it easier to explore Playas del Coco and the surrounding beaches.
• Guanacaste Airport (LIR) is approximately 35 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Construction Notice

The Pacifico development is expanding, and additional properties are being built in the area. Construction takes place only during the day. To help offset any potential inconvenience, standard nightly rates have been reduced by 10%.

Guests visiting Costa Rica to explore its beaches, volcanoes, waterfalls, and rainforests may not notice the work. Pura Vida!

Pacifico Beach Club

The Pacifico Beach Club is exclusive to Pacifico guests and offers:

• Ocean-view infinity pools
• Multiple lounge areas
• Beach access
• Poolside food and beverage service
• Complimentary pool towels
• Beach chairs
• Umbrellas
• Shuttle service between the Pacifico development and the Beach Club

The current admission fee is ₡20,000 CRC per person, per day. Of this amount, ₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.

Payment is made directly to the Beach Club by credit card only. Foreign credit cards may be subject to exchange-rate adjustments and foreign transaction fees from the card issuer.

Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

Beach Club Notes

• The Pacifico Beach Club is typically closed during October for annual maintenance.
• The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside the property’s control. Guests will be notified as soon as information becomes available.
• Admission fees, food and beverage credits, operating hours, and policies are established by the Pacifico Beach Club and may change without notice.

Stair Access

The second and third floors of Pacifico condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. The residential buildings do not have elevators. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.
