The Space
This fully furnished, ground-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located just steps from the pool. It is one of the few units with direct pool access from the rear terrace.
The bright living area features:
- A large kitchen with island seating
- A dining table for eight
- A spacious lounge area
- Access to the covered terrace
The terrace includes lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area. You can also step directly from the terrace into the beautiful lifestyle pool area.
The primary bedroom offers:
- A king-size bed
- A large en-suite bathroom with double vanities
- A spacious walk-in closet
The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed. This condo is ideal for two couples or a family. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions.
Guest Access
Guests have private access to the condo and terrace. PACIFICO amenities, including the pools, sports complex, and Beach Club, are shared with other guests.
PACIFICO Beach Club
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features:
- Ocean-view infinity pools
- Multiple lounge areas
- Beach access
- Poolside food and beverage service
The current admission fee is ₡20,000 CRC per person, per day. Of this amount, ₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases made that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made directly to the Beach Club by credit card only. When using a foreign credit card, your card issuer may apply the applicable exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary:
- Pool towels
- Beach chairs
- Lounge areas
- Umbrellas
- Shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.
Important Notes
- The PACIFICO Beach Club is typically closed during October for annual maintenance.
- The Beach Club may close to the public at any time for private events. These closures are determined by the Beach Club and are outside our control. Guests will be notified as soon as we receive information.
- Admission fees, food and beverage credits, operating hours, and policies are established by the PACIFICO Beach Club and may change without notice.
Stair Access
The second and third floors of PACIFICO condominium buildings are accessible by stairs only. The residential buildings do not have elevators. Guests with mobility concerns should consider this when selecting a property.

The photos don't do the place justice. It's truly spectacular, first of all because of its location in the very heart of Playas del Coco, next to a supermarket, with all the shops nearby, but also private enough to be quiet. The apartment is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I loved that it's in front of the pool. It's just a few steps away, and something they haven't mentioned is that the pool is heated, so it's a pleasure to be there swimming or relaxing. This will definitely be my place of choice every time I go to Guanacaste

Thank you! We loved the multiple pools, pickle ball courts, beautiful landscaping, and the food (and smoothie) options at Mercadito (only a few minutes walk.) Wish we could stay longer!

This was our time visiting Costa Rica and really enjoyed it. We plan to return for sure and stay longer next time. The condo was perfect for our stay, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location was very accommodating and close to the grocery stores, restaurants, and beach. Communication with Rich vacations was great, prompt, and helpful with all my questions. We look forward to coming back.

The condo was very comfortable and was in an excellent location in the complex near the pool, hot tub and tennis/ pickle ball courts. The entire group at Rich Coast were very attentive and responded quickly to any issue we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend it !
