Spacious 1-bedroom condo with rooftop terrace. Enjoy panoramic ocean and hillside views. Perfect for couples looking for those coveted ocean views at a budget price. The space The main floor of the condo is perched high above the Coco Sunset Hills gated community. Enter into the open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. Just off the living space is the bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and a 3-piece bathroom. Enjoy ocean views from both the living room and bedroom. Head upstairs to the spacious rooftop terrace with a covered seating area, lounge chairs, a BBQ and mini-fridge, and a combination washer/dryer. The condo comes equipped with all linens including beach towels, bath towels, and bedding. There is wifi throughout the condo, as well as in the common pool areas. Please note that with rooftop views comes a bit of a climb. This unit is accessed via a staircase and is, unfortunately, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Great place to stay Close to town and restaurants and coffee shops. Pools were relaxing. Security was very helpful when I came in. Took me right to the unit

A beautiful condo in a great location! Sunset views from the rooftop deck are spectacular and the condo is nicely furnished and has everything you would need for a great vacation. Situated on a hill above Coco, the beach and great restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. Town is a 10-miute walk. The lovely condo commnity is gated and has 6 pools. Rich Coast communicated with us promptly and were great to work with. We booked airport transfers with them too and everything went great. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
