The Space

Casa Om is a private oasis in the gated Monte Paraiso community, positioned between the lively beach town of Playas del Coco and the residential community of Playa Hermosa. Guests can enjoy ocean views from the home, relax in the private pool, or reach the beach in under 10 minutes.

The living and dining areas are located on the main level. One step leads up to the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The home includes three bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen bed—as well as two full bathrooms.

Outside, a spacious covered terrace surrounds the pool and provides multiple seating areas along with a gas barbecue. Board games and books are also available for entertainment during your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home. There are no shared spaces.

Important Information

Pool

The pool functions as a traditional swimming pool. The infinity-edge overflow feature is not operational.

Terrace Access

The sliding doors between the living room and pool terrace remain closed. Guests can access the terrace through the main entry door.

Transportation

A rental car is recommended for the most comfortable stay, and assistance with arranging one is available. The driveway to the home is quite steep, so larger groups should consider smaller vehicles instead of large transfer vans. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended.

The home is located high in the hills of the development and is not accessible on foot or by golf cart. Uber is not available in the area, and arranging a taxi can be challenging, particularly for larger groups. This home is not recommended without a rental car or private driver.
