We just finished a great stay in Costa Rica. The place was perfect for our two families with plenty of room, breathtaking views and a private pool. We also took advantage of community amenities. It was a great central location for exploring and easy access to Coco Bay. We did have some unforeseen plumbing issues while there. However, the management staff was incredibly responsive and then were very quick with compensating us adequately for the inconvenience. Overall a great experience and loved the property and service.

We had a great time at this home. We had 8 of us staying here and it was extremely beautiful and the outdoor spaces were better than we expected. The home is large and each room is well designed. The host was very responsive and did what they said they would and were proactive in their communication with us. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great week.

This is our second time visiting this beautiful house and it once again didn’t fail to amaze us. Our host helped book jetskis, airport pickup/drop off, car rental, private chef to cook at the house and much more. The view is amazing and the communication from our host is also. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was absolutely beautiful, we had the most incredible stay. The pool was wonderful, it was great to have speakers that worked both inside the house and outside, we felt very safe in the community and just had the best time!

House was beautiful with outstanding views. Great location and beautiful gated neighborhood. We loved having access to the beach club. There was plenty of space for our party of 9. We noticed a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed or cleaned and they sent crews out the very next day. Rich Coast Vacations did a wonderful job with answering our questions and scheduling our tours, chef and transportation. Both excursions were great, especially the ATV tour. Anytime we had a question, they answered us promptly. Rocio cooked 2 meals for us and they were outstanding.

The most beautiful property we’ve ever stayed at with Airbnb. Amazingly large space for multiple families. Beautiful view and infinity pool. Cannot recommend this house enough. The staff was very easy to communicate with as well.

This is a beautiful home. The views are breathtaking. The amenities at the beach club was awesome. I will say again the views are beautiful. However there could be more attention paid to the cleaning. They did send a cleaning crew the next day. There was also no mention of millipedes invading the home. We were looking forward to a relaxing vacation. The pool looks amazing but the pool, deck and patio had the millipedes also. Didn’t matter if it was day or night. We were unable to do our meditation and yoga by the pool due to these arthropods. I originally believed the house was fairly priced. But no amount of savings could get me to return. The millipedes have given us PTSD, I find myself back home looking for them on my floor. I know that we traveled in the rainey season, but some type of warning should be given to unsuspecting renters. I expected to see all sorts of bugs, lizards and animals just not in my personal space. And if 1 did get in that was the exception not the rule.

Rich coast was a great host. They were fast, attentive, clean, and organized. We loved our stay! We went a big group of 11 girls for my bachelorette party and they took great care of us whatever we needed. We also used them to organize everything! They helped us with private chef, volcano tours, in house spa massages and more. They're amazing highly recommend and this is coming from another superhost!
