The Space

The most amazing view, easy check in, felt cozy inside. The patio is the best hangout spot with amazing views and bbq so we could grill and enjoy sunsets.

The pictures posted do not do this place justice. The Airbnb itself is stunning, the second you arrive at the property you feel right at home. The pool space was an amazing spot to unwind, relax and take in the beautiful weather. We also met some people who live in the condo and they were so polite and provided additional recommendations that were helpful. The views speak for themselves, and each night were just as beautiful as the night before. The walk to the beach was indeed 5 minutes, and although was tiring in the sun, was very enjoyable. The place is quite high so I would suggest a car or golf cart to get back up, (we utilized uber a couple times). The host and the team were extremely responsive and helpful, and worked together seamlessly to ensure an easy check-in and check-out. The place was in prestige condition, I would stay here again in a heart beat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Rich Coast! The check in process was very smooth, communication with the owners was straightforward, and their response times were great when we had questions about the property. The home itself was located in a very peaceful community with amazing ocean views and several food spots within 5-10 minute drive. Amenities were in great condition and the property was very spacious and comfortable for our party. Would definitely stay again!

The view in person was even better than the pictures depicted. We had a beautiful stay in this condo. The condo needs a few upgrades and some TLC, but we enjoyed it immensely and absolutely loved the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mariner’s Point. The view from the deck was fantastic. We stayed for 3 weeks so we got to know the condo and area fairly well. We had a couple of issues with the air conditioners leaking from the ceiling but we contacted West Coast and they had someone there right away to look at it and repair it. We tried the dishwasher once, but the dishes were still dirty after so we ended up washing them by hand. This was not a big deal as there were only two of us. We walked down the hill to the beach several times but be aware that the walk back up is strenuous. We always said that the cocktails were more enjoyable after the walk up. You can also take a vehicle down and park at the beach. There is a store about a 5 min drive away, but we found it expensive. Overall, despite a few challenges with the unit, we loved our time at Playa Hermosa. The support from West Coast Vacations was exceptional. We would definitely return to Mariner’s Point. Pura Vida!

We spent 10 days at Mariners Point A2. Space was very nice and convenient location. Pool space was great. Convenient location close to airport, easy to do day trips from here. Beach was quieter than others we visited. It is at the top of a steep hill so we mostly drove to town. Great stay and we will definitely rent a Rich Coast managed property again.
