Hello everyone, this is Mr. Donnella Hawkins. Mahogany Bay is one of the best to stay whenever you visit San Pedro. It is one of the most beautifulest most luxury resort on the island. Celebrated my 50th birthday with my family and this place met our families need. It was the perfect place for family fun and ability to reconnect. The pool fun that my family had will always be remembered. Definitely would recommend to definitely have a enjoyable experience in Belize.

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I loved the location. Very close to everything in the city.

When I say we had the biggest house in the villa and we had a blast. The people on the villa or front desk was very nice.

Casa serena was amazing!! We will be back! Beautiful home with a pool! Washer and dryer was a PLUS! Plenty of towels for bathing and the pool/beach! I loved that there were games and books to read. The casita was soooooo cute! I am already planning to return for a family vacation. Mahagony Bay is wonderful and the customer service is top tier. The POOL CLUB, omg fantastic!! The food was top tier! Make sure you visit and try the steak skewers and the garlic shrimp, BOMB! The Japanese restaurant was pretty amazing as well. The boat ride to Mistico beach was beautiful and the beach club was nice! As it was slow season, there weren’t many people at all, but the food, drinks, and hookah was good. We also got massages there which were soooo relaxing! You can get to basically anything on the golf cart (beware of bumpy roads, take it slow lol). This trip and stay was a 10/10! Highly recommend! Book it, you will not be disappointed! We will be back soon!Thank you for allowing us into your home!

Absolutely loved the villa! It was very pretty inside! Had everything you need inside the house! Loved the binder with all of the instructions very helpful! Minor hiccups are it’s a construction zone right now so no paved trails and during the day workers are out front. Everyone on the property were very helpful and sweet! I can’t wait to book again!

This was a great stay. The location was good and very golf cart friendly. Any little things that came up, the host was very responsive and solved everything immediately. The neighborhood pool is also a nice environment.

We moved last minute from a nightmare VRBO to this location. Asked if available day of check in. They responded quickly and accommodated a party of 9 no problem. Saved our vacation! Quick to respond to all requests from check in until check out!

The bnb was beautiful everything was available great service just the construction was a lot the roads was rocky and when it rained was difficult to drive but other than that perfect stay

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Closer to Heaven property it was beautiful. It had everything that was listed on the listing The pictures matched perfectly and the house was extremely clean. M&B luxury rental group was so amazing when it came to communicating with us we also did the mistico beach speed boat that was included and that was a good time as well. Overall we had a great experience the house was comforting and comfortable we utilized all the amenities that they had to offer. The pool club was conveniently located. The grill was a nice touch to have as well. M&b luxury group made us feel at home and I will definitely book again.

I really enjoyed the place. But you must understand the tenure still under construction! The noise is basically a casita raised above a nice privets pool space. The only problem is there’s a bunch of construction workers right there. Also the lock is a nuisance. They should replace that. The entire development is really in the early stages of construction

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! I would highly recommend staying here. The front desk and host were super helpful with recommendations and responsive to any questions. It was clean and spacious and felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we only had to buy what we were cooking. I know a lot of people mentioned mosquitoes, but that just comes with the climate. I would just say be prepared after 4 p.m.; they are vicious. The location was amazing, as it's a 5 min drive to the main town in San Pedro. It was a 40-minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach, which I recommend versus getting a driver, as it's scenic. The resort is doing a lot of renovations (building new homes), so the scenery is under construction, but still nice. The restaurant and coffee on the property is really good as well. We will 100% be back, and I highly recommend!

We had such a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The accommodations were amazing, the property was beautiful, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everything listed in the Airbnb was actually there, and honestly, they had even more of the little things you might not think about needing. The home was extremely well-stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. There was truly nothing we felt was missing. The pool was also a huge plus and we really enjoyed having it! Just a small note that there isn’t a light inside the pool itself, so nighttime swimming is a little darker, but that didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, this stay was absolutely worth it. The service, accommodations, amenities, and overall experience were great from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Belize, this is definitely a place I would recommend. We had an amazing time and would happily stay here again!

This place was very nice. We were a big party and traveling with children and the pool was a hit for the kids. It’s a good size. Definitely worth it. We had a great time and loved that the house had a highchair and pack and play ready for use. Very thoughtful.

My cousins and I visited for our birthdays and booked this Villa. The Villa is exactly how the pictures are shown on the booking site. It was very clean and quiet. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend.

This was a great location in San Pedro! The home is beautiful. We did experience ants in the bedrooms, but even that didn’t affect our experience!

The home was beautiful, loved the pool and the private balcony. I would stay here again, I’m sure once the construction is done it will look even better. Also, when we arrived they were working next door but we couldn’t hear a thing. Thanks for the great hospitality.

From the amenities, the beautiful luxury home to the concierge services, my stay was more than I could have asked for! The home was beautiful and had all the things I needed for my stay. It was spacious and clean. The concierge services made the entire trip effortless and memorable! I will be booking again.

This was the perfect quiet getaway, beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Located off the beaten path away from the hustle and bustle of town, it offered the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for. The hosts went above and beyond—helping us get set up with golf cart transportation and providing a shuttle boat to Secret Beach, which made exploring the island completely effortless. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Pedro who wants a quiet, spotlessly clean spot with top-notch hospitality!

The property was kid-friendly, comfortable, and had so many amenities on site that we didn’t necessarily need to leave the property for everything. There were options to get groceries, food, and even souvenirs, which was incredibly convenient—especially while traveling with a little one. The management team was wonderful—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary transportation to the beach club. It was such a convenient add-on and made getting to the beach much easier, especially with a child. A few things to be aware of: the surrounding area is still developing, and we did occasionally see raccoons around the property. We also experienced a few power outages during periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms. Thankfully, the property had generators, so this was more of a minor inconvenience than a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

This place exceeded my expectations!! We did experience blackouts, however it was not the fault of the property and they did a wonderful job with communicating what was going on and how long it would take for power to be restored. The place was very beautiful and quiet!

The home is beautiful. It was perfect size for 4 couples. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a huge plus for us! The main living area is large and open, perfect for hanging out as a group. We had a minor issue with hot water and M&B responded within minutes and had it taken care of ASAP. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful villa .. will definitely visit again

This was a EXCELLENT home for me and my Girlfriend to stay at celebrating my Bday. The team will get you in contact with everyone and everything you need and the pool is AMAZING! If I just had to give something negative the only thing I could say is the water pressure is a bit low in the shower and you will have to text the front a couple times or remind them to bring you something if its missing. But that didn't stop nor hinder our time the construction guys next door stay to themselves and everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY! We truly enjoyed our stay.

This Airbnb was absolutely PERFECT and exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment we arrived, I knew we had made the right choice. The property itself was beautiful and so well thought out. The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts. There was a beautiful pool, grill, and fire pit in the back, which made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The upstairs balcony was an added bonus with a sauna and hot tub! I also loved that the upstairs had a mini kitchenette, even without a stove. It was such a convenient touch. And I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the host for their outstanding communication! Anytime we had a question or inquiry, they responded within 5–15 minutes. That level of communication made our stay so much easier and stress-free. I’m also so grateful that they were able to arrange our golf carts and taxis through them. It made getting around San Pedro so convenient! Thank you so much for making our stay such a wonderful experience.

This home was amazingly beautiful and well decorated. The location is just right, at the end of the street, providing some privacy being that no major golf cart traffic or adjacent neighbors being that there are still building the house next door. The Furniture and appliances were modern and the beds were very comfortable giving us a good night sleep. We encountered 2 minor issues. The master bedroom A/C unit is very loud, like the blower is about to give out. And the bed linen had some horrible stains which we spotted on the first night but luckily we had brought some laundry detergent and were able to give it a good wash. But overall, this home was a charm and we recommend it.

M&B Luxury Rentals was great from start to finish. My guests and I have no complaints. The host & staff were A1 from beginning to end. Definitely thinking about coming back sooner than later.

I stayed here for 5 nights for my birthday. Great host , majority of the things we wanted to do was 5-15 min. The pictures on here don’t do the place enough justice. More beautiful and really clean. I would recommend booking with them. Not to much noise, barely heard any construction noise where we stayed. The whole process was easy and the shuttle ride was free for us.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The property was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and all the amenities listed online were available. The host was friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. There was construction happening next door during the day, but it did not really bother us, and we appreciated that it was clearly mentioned in the listing beforehand. We would happily stay here again!

Great property! Lovely staff. Be mindful that there is currently construction surrounding the property, but it was never an issue during the stay. The WiFi does cut in and out, but that’s across the island in general. The place is very spacious and love the layout. I would stay at the property again!

The host were responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful, clean and looked just like the photos . We didn’t realize that the third bed room was not attached to the main home but everything was no nice we didn’t mind having the room less than 5 steps away.

Lovejoy Villa was AMAZING!!! ✨ There was more than enough space for my group of 6, and pretty much everything we could’ve needed (plus more!) was available for us to use. The front desk staff was also very friendly and always available to assist with any questions. The pool was super nice and spacious, and we definitely enjoyed hanging out on the patio area! The villa itself was spotless and had everything feeling clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is still being developed, so there was some construction during the day, and the roads are currently pretty gravel-heavy while the other villas/houses are being built. But honestly, it didn’t take away too much from our experience at all! We came to Belize for my birthday and had such a great time! Belize is officially one of my FAVORITES, and Lovejoy Villa definitely made the trip even better. Would absolutely stay again!

Had a great stay for my 30th birthday! The villa was even better than the pictures, definitely enough space for my group.

I rented this place for a bachelorette trip because I’m the bestman and this place definitely made me look Great as the Bestman. It was immaculate clean looks way better in person. The groom was more than excited and happy of the place. I will definitely Book again. It’s definitely luxury.

It was great stay, clean and nice. It is not far from downtown and the hosts are always eternally helpful and flexible. The second room with a shower is semi detached from the main house (shares a wall but have to walk outside to get back to the main house). Great stay and loved the pool club so close by!

I arrived alone initially due to canceled flights for my group I would say beautiful location i was a bit disappointed i always travel for my birthday and I usually am meet with a card a bottle of wine decor something that did not happen and I asked for someone to contact me about decorating but the didn't get back to me I just feel like personal touches go a very long way it makes people feel good other than that I would in fact stay there again it was a beautiful home well decorated my only suggestion is a coffee maker upstairs would be spectacular if you are able stay here you won't be sorry

Enjoyed our stay here! They were adding on to the house but we didn’t hear anything when we slept in. Truly enjoyed the property and can’t wait to see what’s to come for that community as a whole.
