Groups staying a minimum of three nights receive one inclusive round-trip speedboat shuttle experience to Mistico Beach Club.
Upon arrival, each guest will receive:

The dedicated shuttle service departs from and returns to the Mahogany Bay Village Marina.
Guests also have access to private parking at the villa. Although the Hilton’s private beach club, gym, and pool are not available, the community has its own pool club with a restaurant and bar. The property was kid-friendly, comfortable, and had so many amenities on site that we didn’t necessarily need to leave the property for everything. There were options to get groceries, food, and even souvenirs, which was incredibly convenient—especially while traveling with a little one. The management team was wonderful—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. One of our favorite perks was the complimentary transportation to the beach club. It was such a convenient add-on and made getting to the beach much easier, especially with a child. A few things to be aware of: the surrounding area is still developing, and we did occasionally see raccoons around the property. We also experienced a few power outages during periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms. Thankfully, the property had generators, so this was more of a minor inconvenience than a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing stay from start to finish! The Airbnb was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well taken care of. Everything we needed was provided, and the space made us feel right at home. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The host was great as well—very responsive, helpful, and made the entire check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. You can definitely tell they put effort into making sure their guests have a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

The Villa was nice and having the pool on the property made our stay so much more worth it! The water pressure was not strong to me but it got the job done so no complaints. Overall, the house was very comfortable for my family. However, I think the Villa needs touch-ups in certain areas inside.

We enjoyed our stay in Mahogany Bat. The house was modern, clean, and had a comfy touch. Our family enjoyed the pool and restaurants in the area. There is construction going on as their building (what is going to be) a beautiful resort community. But, it did not affect our stay, whatsoever. Everyone was so responsive and helpful and it is such a nice resort!

The Airbnb itself was great. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We really enjoyed the property and had no issues with the actual accommodations. That said, the surrounding area is still very much under development. There was ongoing construction and quite a bit of trash around the neighborhood, which took away from the overall experience. It's also not particularly walkable to the hotel or nearby amenities, so keep that in mind when booking. One thing I would not recommend is using the concierge service. Despite having everything confirmed a month in advance, there was constant confusion throughout our stay. We found ourselves repeating the same instructions and information to different people almost daily, which became frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming. Overall, the Airbnb itself was a positive experience, but the location and concierge coordination left a lot of room for improvement.
