Great property! Lovely staff. Be mindful that there is currently construction surrounding the property, but it was never an issue during the stay. The WiFi does cut in and out, but that’s across the island in general. The place is very spacious and love the layout. I would stay at the property again!

This place was amazingly beautiful from check in to check out. Looks exactly like the photos honestly better in person. I definitely wanna find out how to purchase one. The service was immaculate whatever we needed they responded asap. When I return back to Belize I will be staying there again

This place was so amazing! It was everything we wanted in more. The Airbnb was very private and just beautiful all around. They were very accommodating, I had someone come and decorate the Airbnb for my fiancé’s birthday. They let them come in before we got there and set up everything beautifully. I would 100% recommend this place, they are stocked with everything you think you might need. The washer and dryer was something that was so needed on this stay. The pool was warm and they had someone come every morning to clean it. 5 stars all around the board, thank you !

The team was professional, punctual, and friendly throughout the entire process. It’s such a great feeling to walk into such a clean and safe home. An absolutely stunning property and easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in a long time. It was spotless, beautifully organized, and perfectly located for privacy while still being convenient to everything in San Pedro. The home felt luxurious, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. We enjoyed our stay so much that I’m seriously considering skipping the resort next year and staying here instead. Highly recommended!

Home was exactly how it looks on the photos! Close to everything and the host responds quickly! We enjoyed our stay and will be back! There is construction but it wasn’t loud and did not bother us since the views of the home were nice.

The place looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful kitchen had everything we needed to cook. All we had to do was buy the food, the grocery store was only 5 min away!

The villa was beautiful and just as described! We had everything we needed, and knew how to ask for anything we didn’t have. The location was great & close to everything. There is construction around you, but it didn’t disrupt much. My only complaint is being charged $20 for a “missing” towel. We never did any water activities outside the villa, or had a need to take the towels off the property—so I’m unclear how this happened. So be careful about your towels and don’t leave any outside at the pool on the property, as anyone has access to that area (even with locked doors). Including construction workers and the neighbors.
