Our stay at Athena's House in San Pedro was absolutely amazing! The home was exactly what we needed for our group—beautiful, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We especially loved having plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together in the common areas. The location was perfect. Being in Mahogany Bay gave us easy access to town while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The amenities, including access to the beach club made the experience feel like the best of both a private home and a resort. Everything was well maintained, check-in was seamless, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The house was stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation from the moment we arrived. If you're visiting San Pedro with family or friends, we highly recommend Athena's House. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island, relaxing after our adventures, and making unforgettable memories.

This was without a doubt one of our best vacations. The only concern was from a structure standpoint. I wish they would have done spiral staircases as opposed to the ladders. I was constantly worried that someone would fall down the ladders (especially an adult). Overall, it was a beautiful, clean place, and the management was 100% fantastic. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay at Athena’s place. We loved sitting on the porch and its proximity to The Farmhouse and The Poolclub. By the way The Poolclub is amazing and the food is absolutely fantastic! Thanks for an amazing week!

We had an excellent experience with this place! The only thing I had to complain on was the water in the masters not getting hot and the steep stairs for the extra beds. Other than that the listing is spot on as described! Place was very clean and they were very responsive and helpful. My plan is to return to Belize and use this place again.

The place was lovely be advised there are beds upstairs so if you don’t want to climb this is not the place for you! The house was big and spacious we loved it.

The House was beautiful ! Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We had an issue with one of the toilets and it was fixed quickly. The pool club is right next door to the home and the food and vibes there are amazing !

Had a great time!! Plenty of space for everyone and a short golf cart drive from many stores and restaurants
