Ambergris Caye may experience brief power outages during busy periods. While these interruptions are usually short, they may occur during your stay.
Construction and development are ongoing within the community, so the nightly rates have been reduced accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

The home is beautiful. It was perfect size for 4 couples. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a huge plus for us! The main living area is large and open, perfect for hanging out as a group. We had a minor issue with hot water and M&B responded within minutes and had it taken care of ASAP. We loved it and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this home.

I arrived alone initially due to canceled flights for my group I would say beautiful location i was a bit disappointed i always travel for my birthday and I usually am meet with a card a bottle of wine decor something that did not happen and I asked for someone to contact me about decorating but the didn't get back to me I just feel like personal touches go a very long way it makes people feel good other than that I would in fact stay there again it was a beautiful home well decorated my only suggestion is a coffee maker upstairs would be spectacular if you are able stay here you won't be sorry

Overall this was a decent stay. The place itself was very nice. My only complaint was we were molested by the mosquitos. They were found dead in our beds on the countertops so you can tell management is trying to control them but they enjoyed making us a tasty treat. The water outlet in the back of the house make a nice breeding ground for them.. At times because that water is not flowing it also has a horrible smell… Also the pool is so small for this size house. 6 people cannot fit in this pool at the same time. It is almost a waste of space. Other than that it was a good stay. The complimentary boat ride to Secret beach was great!!!

The property was just as portrayed in the listing. The pool was a little smaller than anticipated, but everything else was perfect for our group. The host and property managers were very responsive before, during, and after our stay.

We booked a nice home with 4 king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 3 outdoor decks, but wound up staying in a home with only queen beds, no outdoor decks, and the bathrooms were moldy. Upon arrival at the home we rented, we discovered that both the lot directly next door and the lot across the street were both under construction, so the noise from the generators and power tools (saws) made it impossible to stay at the house. M&B mentions there is "some construction activity in the area". In truth, the whole Mahogany Bay area is under construction, and it will be for the next 5 years! If you choose to rent a place here, you should be well aware that there's a good chance there will be noisy construction going on next door. I would also mention that the location is not great, it's a bit out of the way and as one reviewer described it, the place is a bit soul less. And dusty!

Loved this house! It was perfect for our group. This area is definitely under development by Marriott and being built out to be very nice, and has a different vibe than much of the rest of the island. Everything in the house was really nice and the host was super helpful and friendly. We had a great stay.

Everything was perfect. We needed 2 houses, the host found us 2 next to each other. Photos matched and the host responded quickly to all inquires.
