A very good place to stay. 100% recommended for family trips. The only thing is that there are only two full bathrooms, but with good organization it's not noticeable. The house is huge, and the pool area and the barbecue area are perfect. I would definitely come back.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our family. Just enough space, great location, well equipped kitchen and laundry. Perfect location that was walkable to shops, grocery, restaurants, beach! Concierge service was also very helpful with our tour bookings. We all had a great time and highly recommend this condo!

We felt safe. Close to Potrero beach. 10 minute drive to Brasilito. The house has everything u need.

Having access to the pool, to the beach and to shops and restaurants at walking distance while having a beautiful view on the bay of Potrero makes this airbnb really enjoyable. Check-in was easy, parking was secure and everything was clean!

Very clean place

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and in a great location. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to our queries. I would stay there again. I recommend it.

The house is gorgeous- modern and exquisitely appointed. The kitchen well appointed with utensils. There was one small bag of coffee that provided 4 cups, beyond sugar-there was only salt & pepper. The pool was absolutely pleasant to pop into every morning and night to cool off. The hose was was not convenient to wash off sand, which in a beach town is essential. The walk to Little Lucha was 10 minutes, which is the edge of downtown, another 10-15 to the beach. Once at the beach chairs and umbrellas cost $20-30 USD, the home does not provide beach amenities. I chose Airbnb to get insights into the local vibe, however, there is no written material for guests to refer to. It would have been nice to look at a map to know where beach access is or suggested restaurants or grocery shop. Check out is extremely convenient and simple. Again it would be nice to have the house rules and guidelines in print, versus always having to get a device out to look up. Overall amazing property!

BEWARE CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM 8AM MON-SAT ON THE UNIT RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I didn't want to penalize the rental for the noise next door but they are literally taking down walls to expand the sliding windows, there are tiles stacked outside the unit to be installed eventually, there are no windows on the unit so any work they do you will hear whether inside your condo or on the balcony. The view is incredible. You can go 150 stair steps and have a private beach. There are several restaurants close by and all of them have amazing food. You are 40 minutes from busy Tamarindo surf town with lots of nightlife and bars if you want more action. 20 minutes from Las Catalinas which is beautiful, and 15-20 minutes from several other beaches. If you are staying in Playa Flamingo you can rent a golf cart to easily maneuver the entire town. We rented a car and drove to all the other beaches and towns which was ++ Conchal is beautiful & you can rent tents/chairs, the current is strong though.

Really enjoyed the condo. Loved looking out and having access to the beach. Great to be near the Marina and lots of restaurantds. Short walk to main Flamingo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying in this house, enjoyed it very much! Very responsive to any issues that came up. Would recommend for larger families.

As a family we really enjoyed this space. We were really comfortable and my family 5 enjoyed retreating there after our outings to Tamarindo for dinner and our many excursions. The private beach, gym and access to the golf Course was Real treat. The weather was perfect during the little summer in the middle of the wet season!!!

Casa Natura is perfectly structured. Its marble floor, its location, and a private and quite large pool with green areas give it an unparalleled charm. The air conditioning system is through vents and not the traditional air conditioning with regulators throughout the house. This offers very good efficiency, quiet and pleasant, and you can control the temperature in different areas of the house. All rooms are equipped and useful, clean and suitable for rest. The house has windows that, depending on which direction you turn the knob, detach from the frame in case of emergency. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, comfortable, cozy, and functional. A single unit washer and spin dryer, with the dryer next to it. They are easy to use, functional, and modern. The water is drinkable despite being heavy water, as its readings are over 320. This is due to the aquifers, which contain a good amount of minerals. Suitable for human consumption and more. Natura is perfect.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mira Flores. The home is beautiful, outside and inside, and was very clean. Pool and deck were very nice. Appliances were modern. All the dishes and flatware and glasses were very nice. We felt at ease in the gated community, but also very close to town. The management team was responsive. I would absolutely recommend this home.

We loved our stay at the Diria! It was just a short walk to the beach, as well as many, many restaurants, shops, activities, etc. The big pool was also lovely, and perfect for our three kids. I think it could be the best place to stayTamarindo! It felt very safe all around the area. Ohana Vacations was wonderfully responsive! We had no issues while at the condo, and they took no more than 10 minutes to respond to our questions beforehand! When we make it back to Costa Rica- we will definitely use one of their listings!

The house was the best part of our trip. in between outings, the pool was a great amenity for the family. the house was pristine and beautiful. conveniently located walkable distance from the town and only a 2 min drive. highly recommend

The pool is excellent in size and depth, one of the best we've visited in the area. The house is beautifully furnished, the paintings add a different style, and the kitchen has top-notch equipment. Spacious rooms and excellent air conditioning.

The host was very responsive. We had trouble finding the place but mostly because it was after sunset and tough to find the names of the houses but we called them and were able to get there shortly after. The hot water didn’t work but was able to be fixed by the maintenance crew. Just a heads up, the pool does not look at all like it does in the pictures - it’s about the size of a hot tub.

The location of the house is great. It's in good condition, as shown in the photos. Very comfortable. The access to the beach club as well as to Playa Conchal is very good. We had an incident upon arrival because the company that manages the rental had not provided our information to the guard gate, so we had to make calls until they provided the information and we were able to enter the complex. The house was clean, but we found several dead cockroaches inside the house. Overall, the place is highly recommended.

This apartment is located in the Reserva Conchal Complex, so it has security, beautiful outdoor areas, trails, a golf course, a beach club, and excellent restaurants. The apartment is very complete and clean, with two spacious bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. We liked it very much.

This apartment was perfect for my family vacation, the direct access to a very private beach was a highlight for my elderly mom in particular. The place had all we needed to enjoy our stay, it is very close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants and activities. Thank you for having us, you were a great, very attentive host

We are a family of 6 who traveled with our mother in law as well. the condo was very spacious and gave us the room we needed to relax. The owners were communicative and helped us with anything we needed. It was a great place to stay and the pool was awesome and the shuttles were awesome to take us anywhere in the reserve that we needed. We would definitely rent through them again.

We had a great time with the family. The place was clean and in a very quite neighborhood. The only issue was the front door (automatic system) keeps getting jam and locked us out. Besides that it was great. The customer service and general communication was really good. We definetly recommend this place and we'll love to come back 😄

Look, you are in a place where, first of all, everything is private, quiet, and full of nature, or a peace and harmony that cannot be found anywhere else. The terrace has an area for grilling meat and a large, remarkably beautiful swimming pool that invites you to swim in it. You arrive at that house and you don't want to leave. The rooms are super comfortable, and the air conditioning runs through ducts in the ceiling, so it's very good not to have an air conditioning unit, but rather the whole house is air conditioned, and you program it to your liking. All the floors are marble, the living room is very cozy, and the bathrooms have hot water. The security is excellent. The streets are perfect. It's a magical place. You can go to three or four different beaches that are within the Hacienda. We didn't even have to go to the Beach Club, even though the house is affiliated with the Beach Club. The house is so nice, so cozy, and it has everything you need to have a good time.

We stayed here with seven family members while attending our son’s wedding in Costa Rica. The home was spacious and worked well for our group. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated having a comfortable place for our family to be together during such a special occasion.

We had an excellent weekend at this Airbnb house. The atmosphere was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home. We especially appreciate the quick attention from the hosts; they promptly resolved a couple of minor issues, which made our experience even better. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay, which was important for our family. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and other attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. What made this stay extra special was that we were celebrating our daughter's 17th birthday. The host arranged a beautiful "Happy 17th Birthday" balloon display for her, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration even more memorable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Great location, spotless accommodations, and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We love Conchal Beach and this apartment is really close, the host was always available when we had questions.

The condo was beautiful, the views were outstanding, I could wake up everyday and wind down at day-end admiring the views. The grounds outside could use with a bit more care. There were animal droppings around the pool area on day 1 but they've been cleaned the 2nd time we used the pool. We were told there's work being done to the unit next to us in the same building, we appreciated the heads up but wished we knew about it sooner before it was too late for us to make changes. What we didn't know was there's also construction being done to the building on the other side of us, some roof repair being done to the building so the closest path for us to the pool was blocked with scaffolding and debris. We didn't mind so much as we were out most of the day but we were sandwiched between 2 construction sites. We get to enjoy sitting out in the balcony early in the morning but had to get out of the condo by 8am when the workers start drilling & hammering. Other than that, everything was fab.

We had a great time at Casa Poiema. The security staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is very secure and safe. Communication with Ohana Vacations was good, they responded in a very reasonable timeframe when things arose. We felt the price was a great deal for the house. We would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Playa Grande area!!!

Punta Plata Condominio has stunning views and made our stay truly enjoyable. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and the scenery was absolutely unforgettable. We loved relaxing and taking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great stay!

This home is beautiful and as described in the listing. Very clean and updated with lovely decor. We had a bit of trouble getting in at first because the gate was broken, but we were able to get in through the side door and open it manually. The house is modern and open with lots of space to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, and the pool is an absolute dream. While it is walkable to the downtown area and beach, we enjoyed having a car because of the heat, humidity, and partial dirt road that you have to use to get there. Having a golf cart would also be convenient. Overall, we highly recommend it!

I thought it was a great place; the only complication was that we were all adults over 55 years old, and three of the beds were bunk beds, which posed a risk. However, we found the place to be extremely comfortable. We were able to settle in and feel right at home. One recommendation would be to provide better maintenance for the green area, as it does indeed need improvement to make the place perfect.

Amazing stay! My now-fiancé booked this villa to accommodate my family so he could propose down by the resort’s private beach—and it was absolutely magical. My grandpa is in a wheelchair, and we were able to move around easily without any issues. We also loved how large the pool was and how private everything felt.

We loved the condo, it was beautiful and clean, and the location is just the best with pool, beach, all the stores and restaurants right there. You don't need a car unless you want to go somewhere else. We loved our stay and would definitely come back! The communication with hosts/management were easy and they responded quickly. It was very easy check-in and out, everything was proactive and thoughtful .

Playa Flamingo felt like a sleepy beach community while we were there. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are nice sized, clean and the beds are super comfortable. We were surprised about the condition of the building on the outside upon arrival. It appears older and a little run down. But once you walk inside, the view from the back patio is breathtaking. The overall best part of this property is the management company. They offer to have groceries waiting for you upon arrival. They assisted in getting us transportation back to the airport. Liz, the concierge, responds quickly to every request throughout the day and evening. She is professional, yet very friendly. There are security guards outside the property every evening. Both men we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was comforting knowing they were there, even though we felt completely safe. We definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in the area.

We loved our stay! I was traveling with my husband and two young kids, and the apartment was perfect for us all to spread out. There is no ocean view from the unit, as noted. You could probably have a view from a floor or two up. Easy checkin, great communication. Enough towels, paper, etc for our 3 day stay. Very clean and comfy furniture. We didn't cook anything but breakfast in the unit, so the basic kitchen gear worked for us. Access to the Reserva Conchal beach club was fantastic. Operates almost like a hotel. Great staff & pool. Fantastic access to the gorgeous Playa Conchal beach...perfect for kids. Note, its easy to drive to the beach club if you have a car, but it does take about 5-10 mins from the unit, so not fun for lots of back and forth during the day.
