The house is quite spacious and comfortable. Close to many beaches and restaurants. Safe place. Communication was very fluid.

Great place for a large group. Heads up the place is listed as 5 bedrooms but one of them is a mezzanine in one of the rooms, which makes it more like a shared space rather than a separate room. Also, not sure if this is a trend in Airbnb now, but we had to get our own shower soap and buy more toilet paper ourselves because of the shared restrooms and the limited amount of paper that was provided. The host warned us about it in the welcome message, we were just not expecting to run out so quickly and have to do home shopping for our weekend stay.

Having access to the pool, to the beach and to shops and restaurants at walking distance while having a beautiful view on the bay of Potrero makes this airbnb really enjoyable. Check-in was easy, parking was secure and everything was clean!

The location was perfect—the ocean was literally at your footsteps, with a beautiful, secluded beach that felt like a hidden gem. The owners were also very responsive and communicated promptly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue that was not disclosed prior to our arrival. One of the bathrooms had a massive hole in the ceiling that remained open and leaked throughout our stay. This was a major concern, as it left the home vulnerable to pests and other critters entering the property. Ironically, we did find a cockroach in that same room, which made the situation even more concerning. While the location and communication were excellent, we felt this condition should have been disclosed to guests beforehand, especially given the impact it had on the usability and comfort of the home. The owners were understanding of our concerns.
The house is gorgeous- modern and exquisitely appointed. The kitchen well appointed with utensils. There was one small bag of coffee that provided 4 cups, beyond sugar-there was only salt & pepper. The pool was absolutely pleasant to pop into every morning and night to cool off. The hose was was not convenient to wash off sand, which in a beach town is essential. The walk to Little Lucha was 10 minutes, which is the edge of downtown, another 10-15 to the beach. Once at the beach chairs and umbrellas cost $20-30 USD, the home does not provide beach amenities. I chose Airbnb to get insights into the local vibe, however, there is no written material for guests to refer to. It would have been nice to look at a map to know where beach access is or suggested restaurants or grocery shop. Check out is extremely convenient and simple. Again it would be nice to have the house rules and guidelines in print, versus always having to get a device out to look up. Overall amazing property!

BEWARE CONSTRUCTION NOISE FROM 8AM MON-SAT ON THE UNIT RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I didn't want to penalize the rental for the noise next door but they are literally taking down walls to expand the sliding windows, there are tiles stacked outside the unit to be installed eventually, there are no windows on the unit so any work they do you will hear whether inside your condo or on the balcony. The view is incredible. You can go 150 stair steps and have a private beach. There are several restaurants close by and all of them have amazing food. You are 40 minutes from busy Tamarindo surf town with lots of nightlife and bars if you want more action. 20 minutes from Las Catalinas which is beautiful, and 15-20 minutes from several other beaches. If you are staying in Playa Flamingo you can rent a golf cart to easily maneuver the entire town. We rented a car and drove to all the other beaches and towns which was ++ Conchal is beautiful & you can rent tents/chairs, the current is strong though.

Really enjoyed the condo. Loved looking out and having access to the beach. Great to be near the Marina and lots of restaurantds. Short walk to main Flamingo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

As a family we really enjoyed this space. We were really comfortable and my family 5 enjoyed retreating there after our outings to Tamarindo for dinner and our many excursions. The private beach, gym and access to the golf Course was Real treat. The weather was perfect during the little summer in the middle of the wet season!!!
