The Space

Located within the five-star Reserva Conchal Golf and Beach Resort, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium sits directly above the Robert Trent Jones II signature golf course and is surrounded by nature.

The condominium comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, an upgraded private bathroom with a large walk-in shower, terrace access, and golf course views. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, while the second bathroom with a shower is located just outside the bedroom.

Additional features include two walk-in closets and a large laundry room.

  • A minimum of seven days’ notice is required. Last-minute requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

We are happy to provide referrals and booking information but cannot schedule these services on your behalf.

Important Information

Additional guest information, including names, identification numbers, and/or identification photos, may be required by the homeowners’ association and resort security before your stay.

The property has a zero-tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from the noise-monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and/or legal action if authorities are involved.

Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card will be charged value-added tax by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This separate local fee is processed automatically by the bank outside of Airbnb and must be handled directly with the bank.
