The Space

Casa Poiema is a 3,600-square-foot, single-story home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, outdoor living areas, and seating for up to 11 guests.

The home is well suited for families, groups, and business travelers. With no stairs and a level lot, it is also a convenient, kid-friendly option.

• Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds, with four twin beds total
• Bedroom 4: One king bed

Twin beds are recommended for children only, not adults.

Casa Poiema is located in Playa Grande’s most exclusive neighborhood, offering privacy and security just minutes from the surf.

The nearby town of Playa Grande features:

Playa Grande, one of Costa Rica’s best surfing beaches, is a five-minute drive from the property. Guests can enjoy surfing lessons, swimming, or walks along the sandy shore.

The following destinations are approximately a 15- to 20-minute drive away:

• Playa Conchal
• Playa Brasilito
• Playa Flamingo

Liberia International Airport is approximately 50 minutes away.

Guest Access

The access code will be sent 48 hours before your stay.

• Mid-stay cleaning, subject to availability and offered at an additional discounted cost compared with the cleaning fee included in the booking

Please inquire for yacht charter rates. These services are not included in the rental rate and incur additional charges.

Chef services require a minimum of seven days’ notice. Last-minute requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

We are happy to provide referrals and booking information but cannot schedule these services on your behalf.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Loud noise and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
• Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from the noise-monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and legal action if authorities are involved.
• Exterior security cameras are active only between guest stays, when the home is unoccupied. There are no interior cameras.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card may be charged value-added tax by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This separate local fee is processed automatically by the bank outside of Airbnb.
• Short-term guests do not have access to Ventanas Beach Club unless accompanied by a condominium owner, in accordance with building policies.
