Pura vida! La Diria Matapalo #303 is a 1,515-square-foot luxury condominium on the third floor of the Matapalo building. The two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit accommodates up to eight guests and offers peaceful views of the lagoon pool and lush tropical gardens.

Location

The condominium is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and located behind a large lagoon pool with a swim-up bar. Despite its convenient town-center setting, the property offers a tranquil atmosphere.

Tamarindo Beach is directly across the street, while shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife are all within easy walking distance.

A pack-and-play is available for $10 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request it in advance so it can be reserved and set up before arrival.

Bed Configuration

• Primary bedroom: One king bed
• Secondary bedroom: Two queen beds
• Living room: One queen sofa bed

The owners may replace the sofas in the coming months, so the sofa bed may no longer be available.

Chef services require a minimum of seven days’ notice. Last-minute requests will be accommodated whenever possible. We are happy to provide referrals and booking information but cannot schedule these services on your behalf.

Important Details

• Parties and loud noise are not permitted. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from the noise-monitoring software, or other evidence of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and legal action if authorities are involved.
• The homeowners’ association and security team require additional guest information, including names, identification numbers, and/or identification photos.
• Due to La Diria’s security protocols, a photo of each guest’s identification must be provided before arrival.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card will be charged value-added tax by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This separate local fee is processed automatically outside Airbnb and must be handled directly with the bank.
