Casa Teca is a charming 2-bedroom tropical retreat located in Playa Potrero, offering a private pool and a BBQ area for a relaxing getaway. This cozy home is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay in a fantastic location close to the beach.

Inside, the bright two-story layout includes:

• Two bedrooms
• One and a half bathrooms (full bathroom upstairs near bedrooms, half bathroom downstairs by the kitchen)
• A fully stocked modern kitchen with top-tier appliances such as an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and cookware
• Dining room seating for six indoors and four outdoors
• Washer and dryer located in the kitchen area

Additional comforts include crisp linens, high-speed WiFi, beach towels, bikes, yoga mats, and boogie boards.

The outdoor space features a private plunge pool (3m x 2.5m, 1.7m deep) on a sunny deck with ample seating and a gas grill, all within a fully fenced yard.

Important Details

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Exterior security cameras are installed at the main entrance, parking area, and pool.
• Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering up to $1,000 for accidental damages. Willful or negligent damage may incur additional charges.
• Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA by their bank in addition to Airbnb taxes; this fee is handled directly with the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.
