Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV. The living room also features a 65-inch smart TV. The open living area includes free WiFi and a fully stocked kitchen with all essential appliances and cookware.
Practical amenities include individual air conditioning units in each bedroom, a built-in washer and dryer, and stocked bathrooms with fresh linens, towels, soap, and shampoo.
Outdoor Space
The black sliding doors open to a terrace with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying the stunning ocean views. Beach access is just a few steps down from the lawn, making it easy to spend time by the water without leaving the property.

Important Details
- Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Complaints from neighbors, authorities, or noise monitoring software about disruptive behavior between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and/or legal action.
- Your booking includes damage protection coverage up to $1,500 for accidental damages. Willful or negligent damage may incur additional charges.
- Costa Rica residents using local credit cards will be charged IVA tax automatically by their banks in addition to Airbnb taxes. This fee is handled directly with the bank and is separate from Airbnb charges.

The location was perfect—the ocean was literally at your footsteps, with a beautiful, secluded beach that felt like a hidden gem. The owners were also very responsive and communicated promptly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was a significant issue that was not disclosed prior to our arrival. One of the bathrooms had a massive hole in the ceiling that remained open and leaked throughout our stay. This was a major concern, as it left the home vulnerable to pests and other critters entering the property. Ironically, we did find a cockroach in that same room, which made the situation even more concerning. While the location and communication were excellent, we felt this condition should have been disclosed to guests beforehand, especially given the impact it had on the usability and comfort of the home. The owners were understanding of our concerns.

Really enjoyed the condo. Loved looking out and having access to the beach. Great to be near the Marina and lots of restaurantds. Short walk to main Flamingo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine and they fixed it the next day, as well as with one of the air conditioners. They solved the problems. We would have liked the air conditioners to work from day one, but the good thing was that they took care of us.

This apartment was perfect for my family vacation, the direct access to a very private beach was a highlight for my elderly mom in particular. The place had all we needed to enjoy our stay, it is very close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants and activities. Thank you for having us, you were a great, very attentive host

Playa Flamingo felt like a sleepy beach community while we were there. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. The rooms are nice sized, clean and the beds are super comfortable. We were surprised about the condition of the building on the outside upon arrival. It appears older and a little run down. But once you walk inside, the view from the back patio is breathtaking. The overall best part of this property is the management company. They offer to have groceries waiting for you upon arrival. They assisted in getting us transportation back to the airport. Liz, the concierge, responds quickly to every request throughout the day and evening. She is professional, yet very friendly. There are security guards outside the property every evening. Both men we encountered were friendly and helpful. It was comforting knowing they were there, even though we felt completely safe. We definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in the area.

We had a relaxing couple days being right on the water across a private beach - staying in this very comfortable home. The town center and marina are walkable and we enjoyed not having to drive to get places (after those treacherous roads near the volcano!). Plenty of space for 4 adults and two kids. Really liked the nice touch of beach towels + cooler provided. Aircon and WiFi worked great! Only small issue was how readily they agreed to allow for a late check out (we requested an extra 1.5 hours only, leaving at 11:30am) then said it would be HALF A DAYS stay as a fee! We declined and added a couple extra hours to our 36 hour travel day instead because that’s a bit insane. (Just say no - not available for late check out! Haha)
