• In-home massages, with optional manicures, pedicures, and facials
• Mid-stay cleaning, subject to availability and offered at an additional discounted cost compared with the cleaning fee included in your booking
• Llanos del Cortez Waterfall tours, including transportation and a lunch buffet
• ATV tours, including water and fruit
• Lazy Lizard Catamaran Tours, including food, unlimited beverages with alcohol, music, and more
• Horseback riding, including water and fruit
• In-home yoga classes
• Grocery shopping and delivery
• Yacht charters for half-day or full-day rentals, including snorkeling, fishing, and optional catered meals and an open bar

Please inquire about yacht charter rates and let us know if you are interested in any of these services. We will be happy to help arrange them. Add-ons are not included in the rental rate and incur additional charges.

Recommendations and Referrals

We can provide referrals and contact information for the following services:

• Chef services; a minimum of seven days’ notice is required, although last-minute requests may be accommodated when possible
• Airport shuttles
• Fishing tours
• Surfing lessons
• Balloon and flower decorating
• Adventure hotel tours, including Hacienda Guachipelin near Rincón de la Vieja Volcano and its hot springs

We are happy to provide recommendations and booking contacts but cannot schedule these services on your behalf.

Important Details

• We enforce a strict no-party and quiet-hours policy. Complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, alerts from our noise-monitoring software, or any other evidence of disruptive behavior or excessive noise between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. may result in fines of up to $1,000, possible eviction, and/or legal action if authorities become involved.
• Costa Rica residents booking with a local credit card will be charged IVA automatically by their bank in addition to the Airbnb tax. This is a separate local fee processed outside Airbnb and must be handled directly with the bank.
