Nos alegra mucho saber que disfrutaron del lugar, la vista, la frescura del balcón y la ubicación, así como que encontraron el espacio ordenado, tranquilo y bien equipado, y que nuestro equipo fue atento durante su estadía. Lamentamos sinceramente lo ocurrido con su vehículo y entendemos lo frustrante que pudo haber sido esa situación. Tal como se indica en la descripción del alojamiento, el condominio no cuenta con parqueo privado y el estacionamiento es en la vía pública; aun así, tomamos su comentario como una valiosa oportunidad de mejora para reforzar esta información y buscar alternativas o recomendaciones más claras para futuros huéspedes. En cuanto al internet, agradecemos la observación. Estamos constantemente evaluando mejoras en este servicio para ofrecer una experiencia cada vez mejor.
