Las Catalinas Beach Club Access

Your stay includes exclusive access to the Las Catalinas Beach Club from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This benefit is valued at $30 per person per day and is included in the unit’s rate.

Pet-Friendly Policy

Furry friends are welcome, subject to approval. Each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size, with a maximum weight of 35 pounds. A recent photo is required before booking.

Pet fees include:

• Refundable pet fee of $200 per stay
• Additional cleaning fee of $50 plus 13% per pet

Up to two pets are permitted per reservation. Pets must remain on a leash in all public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have additional rules or registration requirements.

Pets must be verified at least 24 hours before check-in. If guests arrive with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior and any resulting damage. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property. Please contact us with any questions about the pet policy.

Construction Notice and Discount

Las Catalinas is a growing development, so construction may take place during your stay. Every effort is made to minimize noise, but nearby construction may be visible and audible. A discount has already been factored into the unit’s price to compensate guests for this potential inconvenience.
