Welcome to The Palms #8, a stylish two-bedroom condo located on Playa Flamingo, one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches. This split-level unit is part of an exclusive condominium community, offering a luxurious and tranquil vacation experience.

The ground floor features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, a modern coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. It opens onto a shaded terrace furnished with a seating area and a dining table that accommodates eight guests. A well-maintained walking path connects the terrace to the swimming pools and the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, wooden cabinets, and essential appliances such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, and refrigerator. Additional seating includes a breakfast bar with space for three and an indoor dining table for eight. There is also a bathroom on the first floor and a wet bar adjacent to the kitchen.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom offers high ceilings, a king-sized bed, a kitchenette, a furnished balcony with oceanfront views, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a double bed, a balcony, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For larger groups, The Palms #8 connects to The Palms #9 through the living room, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests.

This condo is situated within a private, exclusive community on a secluded stretch of Playa Flamingo. It provides direct beachfront access via a shaded balcony overlooking the ocean and a manicured path leading to the sandy shore.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the property due to condominium rules. Emotional support animals are also not permitted. Guests arriving with unapproved pets will be denied access.
