The Space

Casa Jardin is a charming three-bedroom home accompanied by a separate one-bedroom guesthouse, located within the private gated community of Catalina Cove in Brasilito.

The main house features a spacious open-concept layout furnished with high-quality wood pieces throughout the living areas and bedrooms. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the property includes a private swimming pool, an expansive pool deck, and a shaded patio.

Inside, the bright and inviting one-story home offers a large living room, dining area, and modern kitchen. The living room is decorated with a patterned rug, a flat-screen TV, and rattan furniture comprising a glass-top coffee table, a sofa, and two chairs with vibrant red cushions and multiple throw pillows.

The kitchen showcases sleek quartz countertops, pristine white cabinetry, a stylish tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances such as a stove with a range hood, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A sizable quartz island sits beneath three pendant lights, accompanied by four red barstools.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a live-edge wood table with two chairs and an extended bench. An oversized ceiling fan cools the entire living and dining space, which opens through a four-panel sliding glass door onto the covered patio and pool deck.

The patio includes a ceiling fan and a live-edge wooden dining table with three chairs and a bench. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a large deck ideal for enjoying the sun.

The main house accommodates six guests across three bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with simple, elegant furniture and features a live-edge wooden headboard that complements the indoor and patio dining tables.

• The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in marble shower equipped with a rainfall showerhead and a single-sink vanity.
• The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed, a leather couch, and a sliding glass door leading to the pool deck. Its ensuite bathroom includes a double-sink vanity and a marble walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.
• The third bedroom contains two single beds that can be joined to form a king-sized bed, a leather armchair, and a sliding door opening to the lush yard. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

The separate guesthouse includes a king-sized bed, a couch, a chair, and a flat-screen TV in the bedroom. It has a bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a small kitchenette with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for two.

Policies

This property does not allow pets due to house and condominium regulations. Emotional support animals are also not permitted. Guests arriving with unapproved pets will be denied access.

Casa Jardin is situated in Catalina Cove, a private gated community in Brasilito, just a short drive or 15-minute walk from the beach and about an hour from Liberia International Airport.

Brasilito is a quaint beach town offering a variety of local restaurants, shops, beach bars, and convenience stores. Playa Brasilito, the closest beach, is ideal for activities such as horseback riding and ATV tours, as well as relaxing with sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming.

Nearby Playa Conchal, famous for its white sand made from crushed seashells, is considered one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful beaches.

Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome basket containing essentials such as coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, and more. A bottle of Salsa Lizano, a traditional Costa Rican sauce, is also provided to add local flavor to your meals.
