The Space

Punta Plata 510 in Flamingo is a ground-floor condominium featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is situated directly in front of a sparkling lap pool and just steps away from the beach. The unit offers stunning views of the ocean, lush mountains, and the nearby marina.

Guests have direct stairway access to a small, private beach and are within walking distance of both Potrero Beach and Flamingo Beach. Overlooking the new Marina Flamingo, the condo provides a front-row seat to yachts and fishing boats arriving and departing. The marina area includes several charter options for fishing, scuba diving, and sunset cruises, along with a variety of upscale restaurants and shops.

Inside, the two roomy bedrooms provide ample storage and bright windows. One bedroom contains a queen bed, while the other includes a full bed and a twin bed. The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with televisions, and air conditioning is available throughout the unit.

The bathroom has been recently renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island with seating for three, and a dining table that accommodates four. A washer and dryer are also included.

Important Information

Special Places of Costa Rica complies with short-term rental regulations by requiring all guests to complete an independent verification process through their trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in.

Guests will receive instructions via email, text, or app notification to complete this verification. During the process, guests must choose between:

1. Paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee), or
2. Purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage during the stay.

The damage waiver is recommended for peace of mind and to avoid holding funds in a deposit.
