The space This unit offers direct stairway access to a small, secluded beach, and is within a short walk of Potrero Beach and Flamingo Beach. It overlooks the new Marina Flamingo, allowing guests to watch the yachts and fishing boats coming and going. There are multiple charters here offering fishing, scuba diving and sunset cruises, and the marina is full of nice restaurants and high-end shops. Two spacious bedrooms offer ample storage and bright windows. One has a queen bed, the other a full bed and a twin. There’s also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. All three rooms have TVs, and there is air conditioning throughout. The bathroom has been recently updated. A fully equipped and newly updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an island that seats three and a table that seats four. The unit also has a washer/dryer.
