The place is very safe. The access protocol is strict, but it's good for peace of mind within the development. The management is strict, which forces people to comply with the regulations and keep the common areas impeccable. The staff is also very attentive and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. It complies with what is indicated in the description.

Very nice quiet, comfortable place. The check-in was confusing, and we ended up entering at 4:30 pm, and it still hadn't been cleaned. Other than that, everything was fine and nice inside and outside the place. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!

10/10 The place and the welcome are very warm, the security is always attentive, and the facilities are perfect. One observation: the bathroom that was in the living room was a little dirty when we just arrived, especially the shower. Other than that, everything was very good. I'm leaving looking forward to returning soon. 👍

The house is fine, but you can tell that it still needs maintenance after the hurricane. The photos of the terraces do not match reality. The kitchen has the basics (nothing more) to get by.

Regarding the kitchen, it has everything you need to prepare food during your stay. 🍳 We also recently purchased a brand new set of cookware, just so that those who like to cook have better tools at hand. Practical and comfortable for a stay in Acapulco, especially because it gives you access, for a fee, to Mayan Palace and the beach at Grand Mayan, both incredible places, and with 5-star hotel service. Our host, Juanito, was very attentive with very quick answers and a problem-solving attitude. The apartment is comfortable. It has some issues, but everything worked as expected.

Nice house but it does need maintenance. There were leaks in the bathrooms, and there was dust in certain parts of the house.

It was a bit bad. Honestly, it wasn't as we expected. Juanito was very kind at all times, but several things about the place were not as shown in the photos. There were televisions in the rooms where they were supposed to be, the main lock of the villa doesn't work, and the armchairs were a bit dirty. I'm not saying this to insult or anything. On the contrary, I hope this improves in the future, and I thank you for everything.

We loved the place. We were a group of women and the development had a lot of security, and everyone was attentive to us, including the host, the security staff, and the reception staff. The apartment is amazing. THE ARMCHAIRS ARE A DELIGHT! 😋. The cleaning lady is amazing and super friendly. It's definitely a place we recommend, and we're sure we'll return. The issue of checking in at the Beach Club is a bit complicated, and unfortunately the people there were not very friendly, but that is completely unrelated to the host.

Nice place, very safe and guarded. However, you have to follow the instructions 110%, especially the rules of the place, because they are extremely strict. I would have liked each room to have its own TV, or at least the master bedroom, because if you have children, it is easier to distract them that way. If you bring a lot of luggage, it will be heavy to carry up, since it is on the third floor and there is no elevator. But the guards themselves help and are friendly. The accommodation has everything and the hosts were attentive at all times. It deserves the highest rating and is recommended. In addition, it is super close to Walmart and many Oxxo stores. surely we'll be back !!!

Overall, everything is more or less good, except that there is no beach access. The worst thing was room number 4 for one person. It is very, very, very, very small and has no air conditioning. You definitely can't sleep there. Bad.

It's one of the amenities our guests enjoy the most. 🌊 Regarding room 4 — this space is described in full detail in the listing: it was originally a utility room that we adapted to accommodate one more person, with a single bed, private bathroom, desk and fan, without air conditioning. 🛏️ We even include photos of the room in the listing, just so each guest knows exactly what to expect before booking. The other three bedrooms do have air conditioning. ✅ Thank you for your feedback. For my family and me, this is our first experience with Airbnb, and choosing this house to stay was the best decision... From the first moment, the hosts were very attentive and extremely friendly, answering all our questions from start to finish. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. We found cockroaches in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom of the master bedroom. We had children with us. It was disgusting, and we had to buy bleach, alcohol to disinfect, and all kinds of disposables. We even threw away food.

Regarding what happened — it was a completely atypical situation. 🧴 The apartment is sprayed periodically and we hadn't had any reports of this type. On the day of your arrival, the condominium management performed a general fumigation of the entire building, and everything indicates that this caused the insects to move into the apartment — something that unfortunately was beyond our control to foresee. Of the two apartments in the reservation, this only happened in one. Regarding how we acted — as soon as it was reported to us, we took immediate action: we arranged for fumigation that same day, sent our cleaning person at no cost to sanitize the apartment and, upon learning that the result had not been sufficient, the next day we sent another specialized person for a more thorough fumigation, followed again by a complete cleaning. ✅ In addition, we offered compensation for the inconvenience, because your comfort was our priority. I am truly sorry for the bad experience — it was not what we wanted for your family. 💛 What I do want to make clear to those who read us is our commitment: in any situation, we respond immediately, with facts and without holding back. This is how we always work.

The apartment is very practical and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, watching TV and having dinner after a day of intense activity on the beach with my children. We were lucky and instead of access to the beach club, they gave us access to the facilities of the Mayan Palace hotel

The accommodation meets all expectations. Unfortunately, the condominium service staff does not have such a good attitude. The only observation is that you should let the host know of any incident so that it can be resolved right away. Apart from that, everything was fine.

They were very flexible with the check-in, which I greatly appreciate. But the house is not worth it in terms of maintenance and cleaning. There are pests, there are significant water leaks, and there are drips. The air conditioners don't work well. The kitchen must have been extremely dirty for months or even years. The kitchen accessories are very old and have been covered in grease for months. They can't be used like that. A cheaper toilet paper and not much of it. The house is nice, but it lacks a lot of maintenance and cleaning. It was an unpleasant experience because the armchairs were all dirty, as were the beds and mattresses. I checked my history. I use the app in Patios Países, and I had never come across a place in that area with so many details that can't be overlooked.

It was raining heavily in Acapulco that day 🌧️, and yet we allowed you to arrive several hours before the official check-in. Cleaning begins after the previous guests check out (11:00 am), and since we arrived so early and stayed at the place, our team had very little time and had to work under difficult conditions due to the rain to leave everything as we usually do. ✨ Despite this, the next day we arranged an additional cleaning at no cost to take care of each area you pointed out to us. 🧹 Regarding maintenance and leaks — we provide ongoing maintenance for the apartment with dedicated staff. 🛠️ The leak you reported occurred just as the rainy season began in Acapulco, something that had not happened before. Since your first message, we have contacted the technician, who indicated that a safe and definitive repair requires the rains to stop. We kept you informed at all times. Regarding deep cleaning and insects — the apartment is periodically fumigated and kept in optimal condition. 🧴 We addressed every point you mentioned during your stay with the best attitude and immediately. Regarding the amenities — the condition of the laundry center, the hot tub and access to the club are clearly detailed in the listing with prominent notices ⚠️, just so that each guest has the complete information before booking, as you yourself acknowledged knowing the area and the listing. I appreciate you highlighting how beautiful the house is. 💛 We did our utmost to support you with every request during your five nights, and I'm sorry that the first impression, marked by the rain, weighed on a stay where we were always attentive to your needs.

It's an incredible place, lots of nature inside, the pools are always very clean and very large. In general, the entire area inside is always very clean, and they maintain the place very well. The Clubhouse is also amazing, the pool is very nice, the gym is also very good, it's small but has the necessary equipment, the tennis and padel courts are very nice, the sauna and steam room are excellent, everything is always very clean and has a very pleasant aroma, even the bathrooms. The only thing I recommend is to bring your own rackets and balls because they don't lend them there. You have to bring your own, but everything is very good. The only thing is that when you check in, they ask for a deposit of $2,000 in case you cause any damage to the property, but when you leave without any problems, they return it. Everything is excellent. I really highly recommend it and it will surely be my favorite place to stay when I visit Acapulco.

Excellent place to stay. The people in charge of the property are available for any situation. You feel right at home. We didn't have any problems. The stay had several negative aspects worth mentioning. We found cockroaches in the kitchen and other areas, which was quite uncomfortable. Although we reported the problem, the response was limited, and there didn't seem to be much interest in addressing it comprehensively. The beds are of very poor quality, with hard mattresses in poor condition, which affected our rest. Also, the stove did not heat properly, making it difficult to use the kitchen. The apartment also had several stains on the walls, giving the impression of poor maintenance. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

We fully understand that, when traveling with a pregnant woman, you would prefer not to have the property treated with fumigation during your stay due to the issue of chemicals and odors, so we respect your decision and proceeded with a deep cleaning of the kitchen, drawers, and dishes, as well as leaving you insecticide as an additional measure. Subsequently, the apartment was fumigated again upon your departure 🔧✨. Therefore, we are a bit surprised that you mention that there was little interest on our part, since we did follow up and offered alternatives from the moment we arrived. Regarding the stove, it is an induction stove and it works when compatible utensils are used, such as those already provided in the apartment. After reading your review, we checked the grill and found no issues🍳. Regarding the mattresses, we understand that firmness can be a matter of personal preference. In this case, we use high-density bonded-foam mattresses with adaptive technology, and we typically receive positive feedback about them 🛏️. Regarding maintenance, we are indeed constantly working on improvements to the apartment, as fortunately we receive many guests on an ongoing basis 🙌🏽. Some stains on walls or cosmetic imperfections that do not come off with conventional cleaning are explained in advance in the listing to avoid surprises, and painting and general maintenance work is carried out periodically 🎨🔧. Juanito and his team were wonderful. Always attentive to anything we might need. Our stay was extremely pleasant. The apartment has it all; it's super comfortable and cozy. It needs a lot of cleaning and maintenance. In the utility room, there was no drain in the shower, and the entire area smelled very, very bad. The air conditioners were leaking, and the cushions in the living room and bedrooms were very, very dirty. They had to fumigate the place because cockroaches appeared.

The drain in the utility room has already been installed, and the air conditioner in the living room has been checked and received additional maintenance to prevent any leaks. Regarding pest control, we have a regular program 🐜. However, due to the location, insects can sometimes enter from the outside; as soon as you reported it to us, an additional fumigation was carried out to address the issue immediately. Regarding cleanliness in general, we take your feedback very seriously and have already reviewed it with the team to continue maintaining the standard we aim to provide 🧼🏡. The place was fine, there are many places around where you can eat. Our only problem was that we arrived and there was food lying in the living room, the bathrooms were dirty and the furniture a little dusty… My recommendation is to be more aware of the cleaning. Everything else is shown as it is in the photos.

You told us that you had already picked them up and that it was not necessary for us to send the cleaning person again, so we did not send them at that time. It is not usual for us to have this kind of oversight, but when it happens we always offer - if the guest so wishes - to have the cleaning girl return to correct the reported details. We really appreciate your feedback and we are left with the positive aspects of your experience 🙌. The stay was quiet, no noise and lots of privacy The pool was especially enjoyed by the children, since the temperature was pleasant The house is very good, it has all the amenities mentioned The staff working in the villa is very friendly and Juan is very attentive and always answered our calls, we will definitely return!
