Important Location Information

The condominium is not located directly on the beach. The Beach Club is approximately 2 kilometers away and takes about six minutes to reach by car.

Beach Club Notes

• The Beach Club is managed by Vidanta.
• Access hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Food and beverage service is available from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• Access wristbands are collected at Grand Mayan.
• Vidanta charges an administrative fee per wristband:
  • Guests over 12 years old: $500 per person, including a $250 food and beverage coupon
  • Children ages 6–12: $250 per person, including a $125 food and beverage coupon
  • Children age 5 and under: Free
• The Beach Club is approximately four minutes by car from Grand Mayan.
• Each booking includes eight accesses.
• Additional accesses cost $250 plus value-added tax per person.
• This fee is separate from the amount paid at Grand Mayan.
• Additional accesses are purchased and paid for through us.
• Access remains valid for the entire stay.

The clubhouse is approximately a five-minute walk from the apartment.

Other Things to Note

• The apartment is on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator.
• A cash deposit of $2,000 is required. This is fully refunded if there are no fines or damages.
• Wristbands are required to access the clubs. They cost $500 and include $250 for food and beverages. The booking includes a maximum of eight accesses.
• The maximum occupancy is six people plus one infant under two years old. Children over two years old count as guests. If more than the permitted number of guests arrive, access will not be allowed.
• The room with the single bed was formerly a service room and has been adapted to accommodate one additional guest.
• Due to regular use, some stains on walls, bedding, or furniture may not come out with conventional cleaning methods. The apartment is cleaned before every arrival and is maintained and repainted periodically.
• A travel crib is available for $149 plus value-added tax per night, subject to availability.
• The pool may occasionally close without notice for maintenance or due to rain. This is rare and generally occurs only once or twice a year.
• A washer and dryer are available only for stays longer than five nights and must be requested in advance.
• Coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and water are not provided for hygiene reasons, to reduce waste, and to help keep prices accessible.
