The house is fine, but you can tell that it still needs maintenance after the hurricane. The photos of the terraces do not match reality. The kitchen has the basics (nothing more) to get by.

Nice house but it does need maintenance. There were leaks in the bathrooms, and there was dust in certain parts of the house.

It was a bit bad. Honestly, it wasn't as we expected. Juanito was very kind at all times, but several things about the place were not as shown in the photos. There were televisions in the rooms where they were supposed to be, the main lock of the villa doesn't work, and the armchairs were a bit dirty. I'm not saying this to insult or anything. On the contrary, I hope this improves in the future, and I thank you for everything.

Estuvo un poco mal, la verdad no era como nos esperábamos, Juanito fue muy amable en todo momento pero varias cosas del lugar no estaban como en las fotos, había televisiones en los cuartos donde se suponía haber, la cerradura principal de la villa no sirve, y los sillones un poco sucios, nada de esto es con afán de insultar o así, al contrario espero esto mejore en un futuro y les agradezco por todo.

They were very flexible with the check-in, which I greatly appreciate. But the house is not worth it in terms of maintenance and cleaning. There are pests, there are significant water leaks, and there are drips. The air conditioners don't work well. The kitchen must have been extremely dirty for months or even years. The kitchen accessories are very old and have been covered in grease for months. They can't be used like that. A cheaper toilet paper and not much of it. The house is nice, but it lacks a lot of maintenance and cleaning. It was an unpleasant experience because the armchairs were all dirty, as were the beds and mattresses. I checked my history. I use the app in Patios Países, and I had never come across a place in that area with so many details that can't be overlooked.

Fueron muy flexibles para el entrada, lo agradezco infinitamente. Pero la casa no vale la pena en mantenimiento y limpieza, hay plagas hay fugas de agua importante, hay goteras. Los aire no funcionan bien , la cocina estará ultra extremadamente sucia de meses o hasta años , los accesorios de cocina muy viejos , sucios de grasa de meses , no se pueden usar así. Un papel higiénico más económico y poco . La casa es linda pero le falta muchísimo mantenimiento y limpieza fue una experiencia no grata porque estar en los sillones todos sucios y la camas y colchones por igual . Revise mi historial uso la app en patios países y nunca me había tocado un lugar en esa zona con tantos detalles que no pueden pasar por alto .

Cleaning begins after the previous guests check out (11:00 am), and since we arrived so early and stayed at the place, our team had very little time and had to work under difficult conditions due to the rain to leave everything as we usually do. ✨ Despite this, the next day we arranged an additional cleaning at no cost to take care of each area you pointed out to us. 🧹 Regarding maintenance and leaks — we provide ongoing maintenance for the apartment with dedicated staff. 🛠️ The leak you reported occurred just as the rainy season began in Acapulco, something that had not happened before. Since your first message, we have contacted the technician, who indicated that a safe and definitive repair requires the rains to stop. We kept you informed at all times. Regarding deep cleaning and insects — the apartment is periodically fumigated and kept in optimal condition. 🧴 We addressed every point you mentioned during your stay with the best attitude and immediately. Regarding the amenities — the condition of the laundry center, the hot tub and access to the club are clearly detailed in the listing with prominent notices ⚠️, just so that each guest has the complete information before booking, as you yourself acknowledged knowing the area and the listing. A very nice place, good location and area. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the kitchen; I think that aspect could be improved, but everything else was very good.
