Overview

Experience Acapulco Diamante in a spacious apartment at Mayan Lakes, surrounded by swimming pools, lakes, and tropical gardens.

The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests and includes four air-conditioned bedrooms, except for Bedroom 4, which has a fan only. It is well suited for families and groups seeking comfort and space.

The Beach Club is approximately 2 kilometers away, or about a 6-minute drive.

Beach Club Information

• The Beach Club is managed by Vidanta.
• Access hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Food and beverage service: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• Access wristbands are collected at Mayan Golf.
• The Beach Club is approximately a 4-minute drive from Grand Mayan.
• Wristband access is valid for the entire stay.
• The reservation includes access for up to 8 people.

Vidanta charges an administrative fee per wristband:

• Guests over 12 years old: $500 per person, including a $250 food and beverage credit
• Children ages 6 to 12: $250 per person, including a $125 food and beverage credit
• Children 5 and under: Free

Additional access:

• $250 plus value-added tax per person
• This fee is separate from the amount paid at Mayan Golf.
• Additional wristbands must be purchased and paid for through us.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse is approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

• Well-equipped gym: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Sauna, steam room, showers, and changing rooms: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Two tennis courts: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with prior reservation
• Two paddle tennis courts: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with prior reservation
• Two pickleball courts, or one additional tennis court: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with prior reservation
• Restaurant and snack bar with accessible prices and delivery to the apartment
• Swimming pool with beds, tables, and chairs: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• One volleyball court
• One soccer court

Important Information

• The condominium is not directly on the beach. The Beach Club is approximately 2 kilometers away.
• The apartment is on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator.
• A cash deposit of $2,000 is required. This amount is fully refunded if there are no fines or damages.
• Wristbands are required to access the clubs. They cost $500 and include a $250 food and beverage credit.
• The maximum occupancy is 8 people plus 1 infant under 2 years old. Children over 2 years old count as guests.
• If more than the permitted number of guests arrive, access will not be allowed.
• The single-bed bedroom was formerly a service room and has been adapted to accommodate one additional guest.
• Due to regular use, walls, bedding, or furniture may have stains that cannot be removed through conventional cleaning. The apartment is cleaned before every arrival and receives regular maintenance and repainting.
• A travel crib is available for $149 plus value-added tax per night, subject to availability.
• The pool may occasionally close without notice for maintenance or due to rain. This is rare and generally occurs only once or twice a year.
• A washer and dryer are available only for stays longer than 5 nights and must be requested in advance.
• Coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and water are not provided for hygiene and waste-reduction reasons. This also helps us care for the environment and keep prices accessible.
