The condominium is not directly on the beach. However, the Beach Club is approximately 2 kilometers away.

Beach Club Information

• The Beach Club is managed by Vidanta.
• Access hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Food and beverage hours: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• Access bracelets are collected at Grand Mayan.
• Vidanta charges an administrative fee per wristband:
  • Guests over 12 years old: $500 per person, including a $250 consumption coupon
  • Children ages 6 to 12: $250 per person, including a $125 consumption coupon
  • Children 5 and under: Free
• The Beach Club is approximately 4 minutes from Grand Mayan by car.
• The booking includes access for up to 8 people.
• Additional access costs $250 plus value-added tax per person.
• This fee is separate from the amount paid at Grand Mayan.
• Additional access must be purchased and paid for through us.
• Access is valid for the entire stay.

The Clubhouse is approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Other Things to Note

• The apartment is on the second floor, and the building does not have an elevator.
• A cash deposit of $2,000 is required. This is lower than the $5,000 deposit requested for other properties at Mayan Lakes. The deposit is fully refunded provided there are no fines or damage to the condominium or apartment.
• Club access requires wristbands. Each wristband costs $500 and includes $250 for food and beverages. A maximum of 8 wristbands can be purchased.
• The apartment accommodates a maximum of 8 people plus 1 baby under 2 years old. Children over 2 years old count as guests. If more people arrive than permitted, access to the condominium will be denied. Visits that exceed the maximum occupancy are not allowed.
• The bedroom with one single bed was originally a service room and has been adapted to accommodate an additional guest.
• The rooms do not have televisions.
• A travel crib is available for $199 plus value-added tax for the entire stay, subject to availability. It is almost always available.
• The pool may occasionally close without notice for maintenance, usually because of heavy rain or an unforeseen incident. This is rare and generally occurs once or twice a year.
• A washer and dryer are available only for stays longer than 5 nights and must be requested in advance.
• Coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and water are not provided. These items were often unused and quickly deteriorated, creating waste. To reduce waste and the use of disposable plastics, bottled water is not provided. This also helps us control costs and offer better prices.
• During normal use, occasional stains may appear on furniture, cushions, bedding, towels, or walls. Some stains can resist conventional cleaning methods. Professional cleaning and periodic repainting are carried out to maintain the apartment. A complete cleaning is performed before each guest’s arrival, with a focus on cleanliness and comfort.
