We found cockroaches in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom of the master bedroom. We had children with us. It was disgusting, and we had to buy bleach, alcohol to disinfect, and all kinds of disposables. We even threw away food.

The accommodation meets all expectations. Unfortunately, the condominium service staff does not have such a good attitude. The only observation is that you should let the host know of any incident so that it can be resolved right away. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Everything was excellent!! Attention, kindness, cleanliness, location, amenities, everything 10 out of 10. The only thing that was a bit difficult was finding the locations of the beach club because Google Maps sent us somewhere else, but it was quickly resolved and we were able to enjoy an incredible vacation!

The place is just as it appears in the photos. Everything was very nice, the pools in the apartments and the beach club were amazing, and the beach area seemed quite private to us. In our case, we are a very big family and we all have a lot of fun, from the youngest to the oldest. The host Juan was in touch with us the whole time, in fact he answered the doubts that had arisen from weeks before the reservation, he was very kind and friendly, which returns the experience a 10 of 10. And last but not least, all the staff made us feel comfortable and at home. I definitely highly recommend staying here ☺️

The stay was excellent. The place is just as it looks in the photos: quite comfortable and well located. The host was very friendly, responded quickly to all our doubts and made us feel at home. I definitely recommend it and I would stay here again.

Both apartments are just as they are in the photos, I would even venture to say that they are better in person. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking; otherwise, in the suburbs, there are several restaurants very close by. The condominium is well guarded, I went with the whole family and we felt comfortable and safe. Everything inside and outside the apartment is spotless, clean and well maintained. Juanito was always attentive to make sure we had a good stay.
