3BR Villa in Quepos

Great location in Quepos and a friendly welcome by Carlos upon arrival. The house is neat and tidy and otherwise a great stay. The prior communication was a bit strange: several requests for passport details after our arrival time, also a request to share our live location, and upon arrival we had to ask for the address again ourselves. While cooking, it turned out that several kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned and there was no hot water coming out of the tap. For example, a cutting board on which chicken was cut had to be washed with cold water, making you wonder if it is ever really properly and safely clean. When we asked about this, we received a detailed explanation with several ChatGPT screenshots that hot water in Costa Rica would not be a given. In short: a great place to stay, but we have never had so many contact requests during our trip. In the end, there were several people who were looking with us via non-Airbnb. And all of them would not have checked in with us.
