The home is located in a private, secure community. Quepos town is less than five minutes away, providing convenient access to local attractions while keeping you away from the town’s noise, traffic, crowds, and bustle. Manuel Antonio is approximately 15 minutes away via the main road.

Sport-fishing, boating, and whale-watching enthusiasts will appreciate the direct route to the renowned Marina Pez Vela, located five minutes outside Quepos town.

The location is especially convenient for guests with early-morning marina departures. After a day of adventure, you can return to a peaceful setting without a long drive from town.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home and laundry facilities. Free parking is available for two cars.

Other Details to Note

Before arrival, all guests must read and acknowledge the following information.

• The home is not set up to host children under the age of 10.
• The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old, have a history of positive Airbnb reviews, and stay at the property.
• All adult guests must provide a government-issued photo identification.
• The full names of every guest staying at the property are required, not only the name of the person who made the reservation.
• For the security of our guests and private community, self-check-in is not available. All guests are personally greeted upon arrival.

Check-In

Standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because multiple groups may arrive on the same day, scheduled arrival times allow us to provide each guest with a smooth, personalized check-in experience.

If you are arriving on a late flight or expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us as far in advance as possible so we can discuss available options. A late check-in fee may apply to arrivals after 9:00 PM.

Guests driving from another part of Costa Rica should allow sufficient time for traffic, road conditions, and rest stops to arrive before the standard check-in window ends.

Strict No-Smoking and No-Vaping Policy

This is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including:

• Inside the home
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Indoor and outdoor living areas
• Kitchen
• Patios and balconies
• All other areas of the property

Smoke odors can cling to hair, skin, clothing, and fabrics and transfer to mattresses, linens, and furnishings, where they are extremely difficult to remove.

If a guest is seen smoking or vaping, or leaves clear evidence such as cigarette butts, ash, burn marks, smoke or vapor odors, or smoke-damaged linens or furnishings, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. A minimum deep-cleaning fee of $250 may also be charged.

Tropical Environment and Weather

The home is surrounded by tropical forest and plants that provide a habitat for many types of animals, including insects. These small creatures can enter through gaps beneath doors or open windows. Please help minimize this by:

• Keeping your space tidy
• Wiping up crumbs
• Avoiding leaving food uncovered
• Emptying the trash before the bin becomes too full

Costa Rica has a microclimate, so conditions can change quickly from hot and humid weather to powerful rainstorms. Weather conditions are beyond our control.

Power outages are common during the wet season. We cannot control or predict when they will occur.
