Guests have access to a shared plunge pool in the courtyard, as well as a common patio and BBQ area.
Please note:
- The reservation price includes 13% VAT (Costa Rica Goods and Services Tax).
- This property is part of an adult condo community and cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age.
- No unauthorized guests are allowed on the property; the booking guest must provide full names of all adult guests staying in the rental.
- Rentals to third parties are not permitted.
Location
- Just a 5-minute bus or car ride to local sodas (small eateries) and seafood grills
- Approximately 10 minutes to the marina
- Around 15 minutes to the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park and the famous main beach
The bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the building, with buses running every 20 minutes.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo during their stay. The courtyard, pool, and BBQ areas are shared with other guests and owners.

- Only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property.
- The host team is highly responsive, typically answering messages within an hour.
- Housekeeping maintains a spotless and comfortable environment.
