This is an adult-oriented condominium community that welcomes guests aged 12 and older. Many guests are couples, honeymooners, retirees, and adults seeking a relaxing getaway.
Responsible parents traveling with well-behaved children aged 12 and older are welcome. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, not by minor siblings or other children. All guests are asked to help maintain the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of the community.
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted. All adult guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification upon request. Guests must also read, acknowledge, and agree to follow the condominium community rules.
Check-In Information
Self-check-in is not available. All guests are personally greeted upon arrival.
Standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Scheduled arrival times help provide each guest with a smooth, personalized check-in experience.
If you are arriving on a late flight or expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us as far in advance as possible so we can discuss available options. A late check-in fee may apply to arrivals after 9:00 PM to help cover private transportation costs for our staff.
Guests driving from another part of Costa Rica should allow plenty of time for traffic, road conditions, and rest stops to ensure arrival before the standard check-in window ends.

The place is easy to find and park your car rental. The kitchen is big enough to cook. The A/C works great, but provides a high indoor humidity that smells mold and mildew in tge bedrooms. I washed sheets and covers twice, but I beliave it was the A/C unit the problem. Everything else is an amazing place.

Thank you very much for everything. The wait time was longer than what is stated in the description. Helena followed up closely until I arrived at the place. The apartment was even nicer than the pictures. It's great to have a washer and dryer. In short, there are no words to recommend this place. Without a doubt, 10 points in every way.

Great location, easy to find. Great value overall, they were very accommodating to our requests. The host is very friendly! We got to hear the Congos in the morning and even saw some scarlet macaws fly by the appartment! The bed and pillows were VERY confortable, the A/C cools down really good!

Helena was truly such a gem! She was super responsive and helpful with minor issues we had with the water. She was lovely and the home was perfect for my group of 4! Would highly recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The contact with the host was great, and we also liked the personal check-in. The washer and dryer were a great advantage for us! However, I would mainly recommend the accommodation to visitors traveling by car. Parking spaces are available.
