It is located just 5 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park and its renowned beaches, and only 3 minutes from the vibrant town of Quepos, which offers shopping, cafes, food markets, and the popular Pez Vela Marina. The location provides easy access to tours and local attractions.

If you don’t have a car, there’s no need to worry. Buses run frequently from morning until night, connecting you to the park, beaches, and town.

Please note: The reservation price includes a 13% VAT (Costa Rica Goods and Services Tax). This condo is part of an adult community and cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age.

The bathroom features a spacious standing shower with high ceilings and a rain shower faucet, ocean-colored tile work, and a beautiful over-counter sink set on custom cabinetry with plenty of storage for toiletries. A stacked washer and dryer add extra convenience.

As a corner unit, the condo offers a lovely view of the pool and courtyard below, which is decorated with colorful landscaping and tile work. The courtyard includes a shared BBQ area with tiled counters for food preparation. Guests enjoy relaxing by the pool or socializing in this peaceful setting. The building has a limited number of condos, so the courtyard remains quiet and uncrowded, allowing guests to lounge in peace.

The balcony is furnished with comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying coffee or a refreshing drink while taking in the view of the pool.

Please be aware that because the condo is near a main road leading to the beach, some traffic noise can be heard inside the unit. The busiest traffic occurs during the day when most visitors are out exploring, but noise levels decrease at night.
