The building contains a limited number of condos, so the courtyard is generally quiet and uncrowded. Guests can enjoy the pool peacefully, and visitors are respectful of one another’s personal space.

The private balcony includes comfortable chairs and a table where you can enjoy coffee or a cold drink while overlooking the pool.

Location

The condo is located in Manuel Antonio, a popular destination known for its beaches, wildlife, jungle, and outdoor activities. It is situated near the main road leading to the beach, so traffic noise may be heard inside the condo, as it can throughout the area.

Traffic is typically heaviest during the day, when most visitors are out enjoying local activities and attractions.

Many guests are couples, honeymooners, retirees, and adults seeking a relaxing getaway.

Responsible parents traveling with well-behaved children 12 years or older are welcome. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, not by minor siblings or other children. All guests are asked to help preserve the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of the community.

Check-In Information

Standard check-in hours are from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because multiple groups may arrive on the same day, scheduled arrival times help provide each guest with a smooth, personalized check-in experience.

If you are arriving on a late flight or expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please provide advance notice so available options can be discussed. A late check-in fee may apply to arrivals after 9:00 PM to help cover private transportation for staff.

Guests driving from another part of Costa Rica should allow sufficient time for traffic, road conditions, and rest stops to arrive before the standard check-in window ends.
