Close to the beach, great choice!

Great place! A few things broke while we were there, and Uliana's team was there immediately to fix them. They also came to clean a couple of times during our stay. Would come back!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house and we love it. It's very comfortable, nice, next to Playa Colorado, everything is spotless, and Mario always responds very quickly and helps us with whatever we need. We will come back for a third time without hesitation. I recommend it 100%.

Our stay exceeded my expectations. Mario was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our whole trip and helped us book several activities such as boat trips, golf carts, meal plans, etc. The location is perfect as well with a great view of Colorados. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome spot to hang out for a week and get waves within a couple minutes walk of your door step. Large roomy apartment with good size kitchen and living made it easy for everyone to cook for hang out and enjoy! Will be back, thanks for having us! Bonus points for seeing the waves from the balcony

Great, large house right on the beach (2-minute walk). Fantastically equipped kitchen, beautiful garden, and dry cleaning was also available. Good internet. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house in a great location, less than 100 meters from the beach. Very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly, and they respond to your questions very quickly.

This was a honeymoon getaway for us and it was absolutely perfect. The location of the house was with in walking distance to the beach. The privacy and peacefulness of this place was above expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Uliana’s place too anyone looking for a private getaway or vacation stay. The pictures/videos I have of our honeymoon with this location setting is what every romantic couple could hope for and achieve. We loved our stay. The place was a perfect fit for us. Very clean. The walk to the beach was short and restaurants close. The responses were quick and assistance was always there when needed. I would highly recommend this place!! I defiantly would stay again.
