Casita U-4 was great for our group. It was spacious, with a nice pool, a well-equipped kitchen and completely secure.

The Apartment was great! The pics don’t do justice on how huge this place is, and the view was perfect!

Location location location!!!! So close to Pili's , playa colorado & Panga. I have stayed at a lot of places in Hacienda Iguana and this is my FAVORITE! The water pressure alone makes this house GREAT. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was very well stocked to do that.

Great place! A few things broke while we were there, and Uliana's team was there immediately to fix them. They also came to clean a couple of times during our stay. Would come back!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house and we love it. It's very comfortable, nice, next to Playa Colorado, everything is spotless, and Mario always responds very quickly and helps us with whatever we need. We will come back for a third time without hesitation. I recommend it 100%.

Our stay exceeded my expectations. Mario was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our whole trip and helped us book several activities such as boat trips, golf carts, meal plans, etc. The location is perfect as well with a great view of Colorados. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome spot to hang out for a week and get waves within a couple minutes walk of your door step. Large roomy apartment with good size kitchen and living made it easy for everyone to cook for hang out and enjoy! Will be back, thanks for having us! Bonus points for seeing the waves from the balcony

Great, large house right on the beach (2-minute walk). Fantastically equipped kitchen, beautiful garden, and dry cleaning was also available. Good internet. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house in a great location, less than 100 meters from the beach. Very well equipped. The hosts are very friendly, and they respond to your questions very quickly.

This was a honeymoon getaway for us and it was absolutely perfect. The location of the house was with in walking distance to the beach. The privacy and peacefulness of this place was above expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Uliana’s place too anyone looking for a private getaway or vacation stay. The pictures/videos I have of our honeymoon with this location setting is what every romantic couple could hope for and achieve. A special thank you to Mario for clear responsive instructions and offered attentive service for our needs during our stay.

We loved our stay. The place was a perfect fit for us. Very clean. The walk to the beach was short and restaurants close. The responses were quick and assistance was always there when needed. I would highly recommend this place!! I defiantly would stay again.

The place was clean and located in a beautiful place, private and comfortable. The only two issues that I had, Waze didn’t show me where exactly was hacienda iguana and I have to ask to locals but once I arrived to hacienda iguana it was easier to find the place. Second I added 3 more guests for one night after reservation but still was under the limit allow and I was charged an extra fee . I look at the listing and I didn’t see disclosure of this. But overall I really like the place.

It is a wonderful place, the apartment has all the conditions, privacy and cleanliness, it has an excellent location and the view from the apartment is magnificent. An excellent host, with clear instructions and always responds to messages immediately.

Place was beautiful no complaints. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The back yard is a 9 hole golf coarse.

2nd time staying, Highly recommend staying here, quiete, private, everything works. Beds are comfortable, the Keypad door is a mega plus. You just show up, input the code and go inside. The view and the balcony is great.

Place is 5/5 for the price. Fits 2 guys comftably. Better for couples but 2 and even 3 surf dudes can make it happen. The outside and side of the house should be cleaner and needs a little bit of care, for example there is a sort of 3-sink to wash clothes or anything else, that was dirty and unattended. It appears its not for guest use. Ideal location, can walk to the beach but a fairly long walk. We rented a car at the airport. The place is a studio loft (1-area only), so we had to ask for a chair to sit outside and make it a porch. Hopefully they leave it there. Btw porch view and ambient is nice with the gold course on the back. It is located right in “downtown” so couple of restaurants nearby. We recommend the brewery. Finally, it surprised us to have the place cleaned by staff since there was no communication about that, so keep your things private 😆. Finally there was a annoying toilet issue had to flush 5 times, but they got it fixed by the end. Wouldve loved a dinner on them

This is my second time staying at this condo. It is perfect for us. Plenty of room walking distance to the surf and great location. Would definitely recommend this place to others. The hosts are the best as well. Very responsive and very attentive to our needs as we stay there.

Wow, what an amazing location and beautiful home! It is steps from Colorados and made surfing there so easy. The home had AC in every room, two full kitchens, and lots of beds. Silvio welcomed us and offered to help us with anything we needed. Would recommend 10/10 times if you're staying in the area. Amazing!

Beautiful, comfortable house with a wonderful and private outdoor area. The location as described, 1 minute away from the beach. Excellent! Best location in Colorado in my opinion I was quickly attended to in all the requests I needed. The staff who were in the house were very polite and helpful as well. We have visited this apartment several times, everything is very good! Recommended.

The house is perfectly located in front of the club house. We were only two adults and two children but you could rent the house for two families, it’s a duplex with an ample shared backyard. The apartment is equipped with all you need, we enjoyed our stay and would go back. If you come with kids, I would recommend you to bring an inflatable pool. The host is super attentive and responsive. We had a great time.

Great place! Very cozy, close to the beach, awesome location. Walking distance from the waves. Very short walk from the beach club. Very well maintained home. I have to say that the main rooms bed was extra comfortable with an amazing pillow top that made me recharge batteries every night. That was a huge plus. The pool looks bigger in the photos (hey, what doesn't) but it was very nice to dip in and cool off. Overall ver happy with the stay.

We stayed here for a week and it was hard to leave. We had some issues with our flights on the way down making us shuffle our reservations around a little and they were extremely understanding and helpful in that. The place is epic, right in front of Colorados. Nothing too fancy but has everything you need to make a very enjoyable stay. Hope to be back soon

Great condo and location for our surf trip. Short walk to Colorados and you can see waves from the house. Corner unit was quiet and right next to the trees and wildlife. Hot water and AC worked great. Kitchen is stocked enough to do some basic cooking. Wifi works sometimes but is weak signal - would not rely on it to do a lot of work. There are restaurants that have better connection if needed. Concierge Iveth was very helpful. Would stay again. Thanks

Great 2 bedroom guesthouse with beautiful private and serene pool and garden area. It’s one block from the beach and located just behind the beach club and pili’s restaurant. The host was great, very accommodating to my entry/exit times. Overall a great place with a pool in the best location in Iguana. Highly recommend.

Casita de Sol was an amazing stay in iguana! GREAT location across the street from Pilis and the beach. Mario was super helpful and our family had an amazing time. 10 out of 10 and hope we are able to book again in the future!
