The Space

This third-floor condo is situated on the south end of Iguana Beach (Colorados) within Hacienda Iguana, offering spectacular views of the Colorados break. Just steps from the shoreline, you can enjoy the waves right at your doorstep.

The unit includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains two single beds, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

Air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms, with a commercial-grade unit in the living room to keep the space cool throughout your stay. The living room also features a 43-inch flat-screen TV with cable and free wireless internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove, and oven, providing everything needed for meal preparation.

The building is supported by a generator that powers the entire condo, including the air conditioning, ensuring comfort during any power outages.
