The Space
This third-floor condo is situated on the south end of Iguana Beach (Colorados) within Hacienda Iguana, offering spectacular views of the Colorados break. Just steps from the shoreline, you can enjoy the waves right at your doorstep.
The unit includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains two single beds, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.
Air conditioning is installed in all bedrooms, with a commercial-grade unit in the living room to keep the space cool throughout your stay. The living room also features a 43-inch flat-screen TV with cable and free wireless internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, stove, and oven, providing everything needed for meal preparation.
The building is supported by a generator that powers the entire condo, including the air conditioning, ensuring comfort during any power outages.
Please note: Guests are responsible for covering the electricity bill during monthly stays.

The condo is located adjacent to the beach club, which includes an infinity pool and Pili's Kitchen restaurant and bar. From both the living room and master bedroom, you can enjoy direct views of the waves, with easy access right out the back door.

Had a great stay at this beautiful apartment near the beach! Ocean view from the balcony and had everything we needed for a surf trip! Host was responsive and very helpful. Helped organize transportation and massages. Will definitely be returning!

It was a great time to spend with my family privately. Inside the house was really modern, cozy and clean. It was really greater than the picture. And, Mario always gave me the answer back quickly.

Great place and location. We think pictures don't do any justice to it but confident you won't regret it. Steps away from the Beach and Pool. Pili's Kitchen was closed but they do that every October due to low season, however bar is open, so pool and drinks will suffice. We found another restaurant named Downtown Iguana close by the 2nd gate- AMAZING! Hope we can be back soon, our little girls enjoyed very much. Almost forgot... Elevator did worked this time :)

My friends and I loved our stay here! It was tranquil, clean, and spacious. The hosts communicated quickly and accurately with us so we felt safe and secure the entire time. We will definitely be returning in the future!

I highly recommend this apartment. A few steps from the beach and beach club…. The communication with the host was very good, they answered us immediately with any questions.
