The Space

This cozy studio apartment, personally designed by us, is ideal for one or two guests looking to enjoy everything Hacienda Iguana and Colorados Beach have to offer. It is situated behind the ice cream shop and grocery store within Hacienda Iguana.

Guests staying here have full access to all community amenities, including the golf course, beach club bar and restaurant, as well as the beach club pool. You can also enjoy two world-class surf breaks—Panga Drops and Colorados—without the need for a long walk from Gigante.

Please note that guests with monthly rates are responsible for covering their own electricity bills.

Additional Information

The loft is located behind a gym, so music from gym classes may be audible during session times. Guests are welcome to join the classes for $10 per person.
