The Space

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is situated at the south end of Iguana Beach, approximately 75 yards from the shoreline. It offers a comfortable and convenient location just a 2-minute walk to the community beachfront pool and restaurant, as well as the Colorados surf break. Panga Drops is about a 15-minute walk away.

The house includes air conditioning in every room, Claro TV, wireless internet, and a battery backup system that activates during power outages. Outside, you will find a BBQ grill, several hammocks under a shady palapa, a swimming pool, and outdoor showers—ideal for refreshing after surfing or swimming.

Please note that guests are responsible for covering the electric bill during their stay when booking a monthly rate.

This casita is located within the gated community of Hacienda Iguana Golf & Beach Resort on Nicaragua’s South Pacific coast. The resort is near some of the country’s best surf breaks, including Colorados and Panga Drops, both just a 5-minute bike ride away. Bikes are available for rent at a discounted rate of $5 per day.

The resort features a challenging 9-hole golf course located just meters from the condos. Hacienda Iguana boasts a stunning white sand beach stretching over 1.5 miles with crystal-clear waters and spectacular sunsets.

Two rivers border the resort on the north and south sides, and there are numerous jungle trails rich with wildlife such as native tropical birds, iguanas, howler monkeys, and occasionally sloths. Mountain bike tours can be arranged to explore these trails, offering a great activity between surf sessions.
