Great stay overall. The property was clean, well kept, and the layout is very cool it worked perfectly for my friend’s bachelor party. Kike was an amazing concierge, super attentive and helped us out a ton throughout the trip. The staff were all great and really added to the experience. Victor was a solid host as well — very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

- Amazing location. close to restaurants and bars, grocery store next door, not on the busy street - Cool spot that gives your party freedom and space, but the two common areas (inside and outside) are great there is definitely some noise from a night club around the corner, but for the location, vibe and COST (so affordable!) you cannot beat this place. the staff being on hand is a bonus too.. Our stay was incredible and I highly recommend it.

The absolutely perfect stay for a large group. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this place!

We were are group of 11 and each of us thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Tulum is amazing! The location, the accommodation, the pool, the food... oh the food. Everything was as close to perfect as possible. Victor was one of the most responsive hosts I've ever had the pleasure of chatting with.

Great attention and location of the property

If you are thinking about it - don’t delay and just BOOK this place now. I booked this for 10 girls for my sisters bachelorette and it was amazing. It is a gated hotel rented out all to us. We had our own pool and we literally got up every morning to walk to brunch, to get coffee, etc. At night all the bars and downtown were literally less than a block. We were right in the middle of town. The staff live on site and are fantastic!! They arranged transportation and a private chef one night which was absolutely amazing. So worth the money and experience. They also cleaned daily and were so friendly. This was the trip of a lifetime and worth every penny! The first night one shower wasn’t working but one of the staff there replaced it within 15 minutes and had it working no problem. Absolute paradise!!!

Our stay was wonderful. There were 11 of us total visiting for my sister’s bachelorette trip. Each of us got to have our own room and bathroom (besides 2 sisters who shared). We really appreciated Kike for helping to arrange everything from our chef prepared meals (which were very delicious) to our transportation to our pre-arranged activities. Joel, Fransico and staff were always around and very attentive to make sure everything ran smoothly and to handle any of our on-site needs. We felt safe, had privacy and loved the view of the both the courtyards. We also got in the pool everyday as it was very refreshing in the August heat. Although a power outage on the day of arrival caused the water to stop working, the problem was fixed by the next day and right on time when we needed it most. One thing to note is the hotel is within 2-5 minutes walking distance to the clubs, bars and restaurants so the music from the town can be heard from the hotel and can make it hard to sleep after turning in for the night. Overall, Hotel Ginger was a great stay and we would definitely book again if we were to stay in Tulum town again. Definitely would recommend booking this spot.
