The house is very nice, as shown in the pictures. There's a lot of greenery and tranquility on the complex. Just note that the surrounding streets aren't paved yet, and it's in a developing area as the post says. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this place.

Apart from inconvenient location far from paved roads, the place was amazing in all regards. Probably the best house we stayed in Tulum so far (we stayed in about 6 houses before). The house is beautiful, bright, has amazing territory around, swimming pool, a lot of trees. There are 12 similar houses around a central circle with Temazcal. Book it, you won’t regret! One more issue is you have to wait for warm water for several minutes. And our hot tub wasn’t hot and was leaking so we didn’t use it.

This place was AMAZING !!! 10/10. It was beautiful. The host was very responsive and gave us multiple recommendations. They will help set up cab service, in-house massages and many more. The host, the driver, and the rest of the staff elevated our experience. There are so many parts of the property you can also utilize for pictures. One of our favorite parts was the villa came with a Bluetooth speaker that was loud enough to hear all around the house. I highly recommend and when I come back to Tulum I would stay here. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN FOR HAVING US AND MAKING US FEEL WELCOME AND HELPING US FALL IN LOVE WITH TULUM.
